Just discovered your channel. Really love the way you build up to the shots explaining as you go. One of the best educational channels I have come across. Congratulations and greetings from Dublin
Glad you like them!
I have watched others do "still life" in RUclips videos. I have also done some of it in my years of photography. You are by far the master at it and you have taught me some things that I had never thought of. I'm going to try to get the photography club where I belong to watch your videos too. Your teaching methods are superb. Thankyou.
Wow, thank you! I always try to help camera clubs, If you would like a zoom q and a for your club or a video on something specific just let me know.
You make it look so easy, guess that's called experience.
I am glad to share my experience
Thank you for sharing on this channel. I just stumbled on it and am looking forward to your other videos.
Hope you enjoy them.
Excellent tuition and I do love following along!! Just one thing puzzles me in the video when the water is being added, the cocktail stick and olive are present however in the post-production they are clearly missing!!
The segment on postproduction uses the individual photographic elements to make up the finished composite picture. hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
Nice work as usual, I really enjoy watching your method. Question on this one, your Photoshop images with the splashes don't have an olive. so obviously it was removed at some point during the splash technique. I would assume that would make editing the final image easier since it would move with every splash. Just checking to make sure my reasoning is on the correct path. Thank you for all your lessons
Yes just used the splash, thank you for your comments
Excellent help Professionally executed. Thanks
You're welcome!
Amazing video sir , kindly share the camera settings for this shot
The camera settings are almost irrelevant as it is the flash duration that freezes the motion. The camera settings where ISO 100, 1/250 (sync speed) f8
You can achieve a very short flash duration with a Speedlight/flash gun by using a low energy and compensating with higher ISO
Thanks for watching.
I wish you get much larger audience soon. Great show, thank you very much!!
Thank you too!
