END CREDITS NOTE: From this point forward on, Wendy Rotoli officially stays on audio for the rest of the run, and Greg Murphy stays on Electronic Graphics.
@@drummingdanny84 Actually Fran Calderone did NOT participate in the Scrabble 1993 revival. She did join the staff as the Production Manager in late 1988 to the end of the NBC original run in 1990. They eliminated the Unit Manager at that point. Beth Rowan Fiance started on staff in 1985 as part of the production staff before she became contestant coordinator in 1986 till the end of the run in 1990. The Associate Director rotated from Ray Bonassi, James Marcione, Mark Corwin, etc. 1987, Issac Mayo from Sale of the Century takes over permanently. Laura Saroyan was assistant Contestant Coordinator on Sale. She joins Scrabble in the latter half of 1988 for production staff, then becomes contestant coordinator as well. Karla Tofte joins Scrabble for the production staff in late 1988...she probably started around the same time Fran Calderone was named Production Manager and stays there till the end of the run. There were many people that did Electronic Graphics for Scrabble and it rotated often: Skip Williamson, Steve Christopher, Beth Lutman, Jacqueline Frazier, Bonnie Lou Smith, Greg Murphy, etc. As of this point of this airing, Greg Murphy is one of the mainstays for the rest of this particular run.
If I had to take a stab in the dark on who wrote that first clue in the second crossword that had Chuck acting like a sarcastic Shaggy towards the writers, it had to be Jan.

Like how Fran Calderone was the production consultant from late '88 to June '93.

The 4th clue in the first game was sponsored by Serta
13:12: (yours truly spits out his drink at the clue!) LOL
Side note: This is the first episode where they put the "(insert consolation prize) HAS FURNISHED PRIZES FOR PROMOTING ITS PRODUCTS"
I thought i was seeing double
It's very interesting to have an ALL Jennifer Sprint.
Seeing porcelain porcines?
Both of those sprints were actually pretty tough.
The Bonus Sprint had a very hard second word. I couldn't figure that one out quick.
If I had to take a stab in the dark on who wrote that first clue in the second crossword that had Chuck acting like a sarcastic Shaggy towards the writers, it had to be Jan.
Something tells me that sprint round caused the second crossword game to be heavily abbreviated.
It sounded to me like Jen Scog said "MANICURER"
