    Forgive me for being naive but does DHA offer any plans to its existing owners of 1 Kanal plots to convert them into two 10 marla plots?
    The cost of construction has risen considerably and its really hard to build houses on 1 kanal for many folks.
    Perhaps DHA should offer such a deal to its customers to increase construction activity as well as buying/ selling of plots. Let's say if the plot owners of an entire street agree, then DHA could convert all of the relevant plots into two 10 marla plots for each one kanal plot.
    Is this a plausible suggestion Jazib Bhai? Would love to hear from you.

      You can ask us any question you like. We did read your comment earlier as well, please excuse this delay. DHA doesn't really allow such bifurcations. Kanal-only sectors are witnessing decent construction of houses as well so there is no pressure from that side as well.
