Vegetables boiled kar liye the kya pehle se? Bcoz fry to nahi kiye aapne, to inte kam time me cook ho jayenge if not boiled. Plz clarify. Thnx for a fantastic recipe.

So if you want the dishs shelf life for a longer time then you fry or else, saute and keep aside and then add to gravy..
