The problem is the golems spawn in the lower upper slaps, but not in the bottom slaps. and he used both. another solution was use stairs and not slaps, those ones also are not spawables.
At 20:08, the reason why iron golem dont fight back is because you craft the golems from iron blocks. They act as your bodyguard. They are nice or friendly golems, no matter how many times you smack them. But the iron golems that naturally spawn from the farm are neutral and accidentally hit them, they will be mad. To add even more crazy, your iron golems that you spawn urself from iron blocks can fight the naturally spawned iron golems from a farm or in villages.
I'm realising now that the amazing buildings are to fault for the carpal tunnel. Keep going with the amazing content but also keep an eye on your health man

You should build a poppy filter for sorting out iron and make boanmeal out of the poppys and you can change your redstone clock for an observer clock becaus they are faster PS:The tutorial from Gold John is pretty good and also works well

Ever since I started watching you and mythical sausage I've fallen in love with trying to create not just efficient builds but asetic builds (sorry for the misspelling. Just waking up so my brains not fully working just yet 😅🤣) This is the coolest Iron farm I've ever seen. Absolutely love the details you added inside to create more of a factory atmosphere rather than just the iron farm randomly hovering inside. Looking amazing, only thing I will say is where the leaves??? 🤣🤣🤣 jk jk it looks amazing!!

Could’ve used a hopper connected to the loot chest only filtering Iron Ingots for the conveyor belt so none can run out.
