Hello, Thanks for supporting. Its bit hard to find fully furnished apartment as they are less in numbers. Rent faster app and FB market places are the two ways to find apartment. In case you want to buy, the cost depends upon building to building and how old the building is. It can be in between 200k to 250k for the apartment like ours Realtor.ca is the source from where you can get more information. I think this answer your question.
