Here are the link to all the tools! Feel free to let me know If there are any tools you guys want me to check out. Also If you got any terminal tips for me I’ll take it. • Atuin: docs.atuin.sh • Branchlet: github.com/raghavpillai/branchlet • Superfile: github.com/yorukot/superfile • Pastel: github.com/sharkdp/pastel • Taproom: github.com/hzqtc/taproom • Navi: github.com/denisidoro/navi • Tealdeer: github.com/tealdeer-rs/tealdeer • Cargo Seek: github.com/tareqimbasher/cargo-seek • Stormy: github.com/ashish0kumar/stormy • Hygg: github.com/kruseio/hygg • Smassh: github.com/kraanzu/smassh
Pastel is a great tool. I'm using it in combination with matugen to decide colors for my themeswitcher. Compared to other tools providing similar features, it's lightning fast
Impressive, I didn't know about one tool hygg. Probably it's great as a previewer for a terminal file manager or in fzf. Navi is also great for power users because it's possible to make templates for aliases.
Knew about some of these but I've been hunting for a CLI file explorer and I'm adding Superfile to the list to try alongside Yazi. At a quick glance Yazi seems a little faster but i really like the info superfile gives, guess we will see. smassh also looks like a fun little time waster too, thanks for the video!
hey when i downloaded and ran superfile i dont see any of those folder icons or the orange pointer caret - is that some specific font you have installed? which one? is warp screwing things up for me?

Dude I was supposed to get work done today and you just put 11 rabbit holes in front of me.
The endless dilemma of a Linux user: work in your system or use your system to work. That is the question.
What were you doing on RUclips when you had to get work done? 🙂
atuin init fish --disable-up-arrow | source
For Atuin you can add --disable-up-arrow to the atuin init zsh.
Great video and presentation of the tools! Surprisingly almost all of them were new to me and most seem very interesting and useful. Subscribed.

I like how you don't have introduction and go straight into the content. Works well on audience like me who don't need self-explanatory context..

It is pronounced "tap room." Everything homebrew is beer and brewing-themed. A taproom is a bar that serves beer directly from the brewery’s taps.
I just installed atuin and Ctrl + r seems to be set out of the box for me
why would i use taproom when `brew update && brew upgrade` does package updates?

Hey Bro, is thar Keystroke Pro ?
TLDR, originally TL;DR is an acronym for "Too long; didn't read". People will typically use it to summarize a lengthy post on reddit. Hope that helps.
