  • Hi friends! Lately I've been thinking about my family's traditions and I've wanted to make sure that I can capture them so that I can keep them in my family for years to come. Previously we made a video about making Potato Klub, and we decided to also make one for Norwegian Kringle, or Kringla. This one competes with lefse for me as one of my favorite treats that always makes its way to my plate at Christmastime.
    We hope you enjoy!

My only wish is that I had videos of me and my Grandma. This touches my ❤️! And using a lefse round (I’m sure that’s not the exact word😂) to roll them out on-awesome!! I’m finally getting one!

I lost my grandma's recipe for her kringla. I call them a "cookie cake". They are my favorite. Thank you for sharing this. I also like lefse but not lutefisk!! Lol 😆 only a Norwegian will understand 🤣

It takes 4 3/4 Cups of flour! It is added while the wet and dry mixture is being combined :)
