I bought these for about 50€ and I would say they are one of the best in the price range. After I used them for some time they stretch a bit, so the don't are so tight anymore. The mic isn't the best, but when you tweaky around with an equalizer or something, it sounds good. When you only need a mic to comm in games or in discord you don't need to do anything. The speakers lack some bass on standert settings, but I just make a "V-Shape" in the qualizer settings for listening to music.
I don't know why people complain about tightness. Lot's of things people wear need to be broken in or fitted like shoes or baseball gloves. Headsets are generally one size fits all, so they will come out of the box tight. You just put the headset around something over night like a basketball or whatever and it will be good. If not put it around for another night. It's better to have a tight headset that you can stretch than an overly sized headset.

problem with all Logitech G headsets in the DJ-Style is that they will break where the earpiece connects to the headband. Had two pairs of G430 and now got the G432 (last two were warranty replacements) and they are the exact same design. The junction is the same on all of the DJ-Style headsets. The G432 has lower quality audio than the G430 when comparing analog only (3.5mm jacks). It is fine for watching netflix or youtube but for gaming a lot the game sounds were distant or muffled sounding. Ive had $20 planttronic headphones that sounded exceptionally louder than these. Sound + Mic quality seems fine to me since I plug it into my case 3.5mm jack and the audio codec chip that's embedded onto my motherboard is an ALC887 by Realtek. However, I'd like to consider that the build quality seems to be questionable as I had an older model of these pair before (Logitech G332). The older ones were broken due to the wear of the plastic swivel on one of the speaker. I was just an unlucky customer. My only wish is that they made the cable for this headset detachable from the speakers. This would be great since you don't have to worry about yanking the cable by accident thus causing damage.

Don't buy the g432 to or the g430 headset microphone if you look at 3:18 time of the video he does a close up through the Logitech website of the hinge design it has four screws. The problem was when I only wanted to hear voices from party or voice chat from games and played my game sound on my TV, I only heard left in my ears sound (voices) ... This was also very annoying: / Anyway, I got my money back and am looking for a good new headset, but this also has this problem when you only want to hear voice audio (and the game sound through your TV) that it is only on the left or does it come through both ears with this headset? Note * Sorry for the long question but would like to make it very clear. 🙂
@@tmn3693 i wouldn't reccomend these. I had many problems with the headset for the while I had them. There's the build which imo is greatly uncomfortable. G Pro X
@@SocialHardware thank you 🙏
now can fix mic quality with 7.1 sound card?
I'm between buying this new Logitech G432 or a used Corsair HS50 (6 months of use, but they are like new). Between these two, which one do you recommend? (I'm looking for headphones with a good sound, both to gaming and to listen to music)
Great review! I have a question. I game on a laptop, and I don't have any usb ports left to use the adapter (meaning i cant use the software). Is there any alternatives? (i have 1 hdmi port left)
Buy a usb splitter, they’re 8 dollars on Amazon. Plug it into your one or 2 USB ports and it has 4 on the other end. Sorry I didn’t see this till now I could’ve helped u months ago. Here’s the link www.amazon.com/Sabrent-4-Port-Individual-Switches-HB-UMLS/dp/B00BWF5U0M/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&keywords=sargent+usb&qid=1621997293&sr=8-10
will this allow you to record your mic and in game voices at the same time through a pc ?
Can u talk to people or do u need a separate desktop mic too
Could you check out that microphone on some better sound card? I am wondering if buying an internal sound card , like in the 'old times' would help bring out any better sound of it. I somehow really like plastic for factor of this headset...
im currently using g433. Is this headset better? because im looking for an upgrade
bought one for 40 EUR on amazon prime day today, what a steal
nice one!
Hey, I've bought these headset a few days ago for my ps4, they are amazing. The only problem is that the mic does not work when connected to the PS4 controller. Any tips on how to fix that?? Thank you
All you have to do is insert the USB sound card into the Ps4
Can u help me? I just bought these headphones and every time I put the mic arm down I can hear myself
did you solve it?
did you use any settings for the mic to sound like that?
how i mute the mic???
Flip up the mic
4:42 not necessarily as there is a switch as u move it up and down is not just at the end
That's not a dac. And the usb adapter is only for pc according to the instructions. This headset only does 7.1 on pc. On consoles its stereo only.
So you can not get 7.1 surround sound on ps4 even if you use the Usb dongle/adapter?

@@tacktackk3210 no. This head set is not intended for use with any console.
sheesh. These are $35 USD right now. Might grab them.
I for the life of me can't figure out how to get the mic to work at all and it's frustrating the hell out of me
Just ordered a pair of these. They look nice.
Hi, You got them? If u have them got a few questions ;’) How is the mic and audio for games like warzone and I would like to buy this headset after I recently bought an "ASTRO A10" there was a problem with the headset my problem went like this: When I hear the sound of a game (e.g. gun shots from warzone or something else) and a party starte I heard the sound through 2 ears so that worked perfectly for me ...
It feels like just slapping a flimsy piece of plastic on your head. The head cushion on the top of the headset is very small and doesn't do a good job at all of cushioning my head. It's cheaply built. And the mic is nothing to praise. It's decent for a $40 headset but other than the mic, I would recommend a ton of different choices than this. My advice, ditch this one, buy a steelseries. Great headsets.
@@thirdeyeshibe4786 Thanks for reacting so fast! , Can u say what one from steelseries because I don’t wanne pay a lot and be sure that the problem I got (see first comment) is gone so what u recommend? :)
so how do you mute the mic then is that just via moving the acutal mic up to being set to off??
Hopefully theses are good because I turned down steel series
My onboard audio is dead. Can I buy these and have the whole headset (mic and sound) work, because they have that external usb soundcard?
I mean, mic surely isn't awesome but it's hard for me to think it's worse than the 20$ earphone I use now (?). Are there better options under 100$?
Are you talking about usd or some other currency. Bc of Amazon prime day they are 38 dollars almost the same price as the steel series arctis 1(for reference of similarly priced product’s)
logitech g432 or razer electra v2 or razer kraken x lite ?
I have a problem with my headphone's mic and the problem is when I raise the microphone to the top, it stays on and I want it to be turned off. And i use it on mobile
@@SocialHardware ok thanks
