Wonderful idea. But, instead of ENO (Sodium Bicarbonate), I use baking soda/meetha soda (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate). 5 gram eno sachet is for 8 Rupees. 1 kg eno = Rs 1600. 1 kg baking soda is Rs. 200 per kg. Exactly same result... and baking soda will cost 8 times less than eno. Cheers!

Well, its good to do little experiment but,
Lemon juice is acidic, Eno is basic. Acid + Base = Salt + Water. hot water just increases rate of reaction(generally)
So, you are probably reducing the efficacy of your result.
