- There are many secrets found in the new Renegades DLC. Some are fun easter eggs and references, others are hidden ways to get loot and Praxic Blade upgrades. Today we take a look at these mysteries.

You forgot to mention that (I believe) it's Anthony Daniels who voices the Shank next to Spider. It's kind of a fun nod to both Forsaken as well as the Jabba palace (Spider is Jabba) and C3PO as the translator.
btw for the sleeping Vex and package delivery mini quest, its not time gated to only one.. if you reload into the outpost youll find him sleeping somewhere else and can repeat the delivery to different drop boxes up to 4 times, each time giving you more ingots. as of now 4 times is the limit. youll then see the Vex awake inside the bar standing beside the Cabal that gives you information, and he'll reward you with 500 credits.

You missed the orge rancor during the second story mission on mars
When you encounter your first Behemoth bosses, they are called Nihil Behemoths which is a reference to the Nihil from the High Republic era novels and in Jedi: Survivor
I'm gonna be honest, I fought the Rick the door technician reference, and I didn't even notice he was a reference until doing it with a friend cause I was just vibing my first time around.
There's a weapon called Something Something which is probably a reference to the Family Guy Star Wars movie. "Something something dark side."

I’ve been around since D1 beta and I gotta strongly disagree with the alleged community dissatisfaction with the state of the game. It’s in one of the greatest places I’ve seen the franchise and all the Star Wars stuff was just icing on the cake
Just curious, do you take frequent breaks? I took a 7 yr break after d2 red war. I didn’t like the lack of end game, random rolls and non customizable subclasses etc but I loved the game I had over a thousand hours in d1. I came back almost a year ago and have been playing every week since. Those first few months were amazing, but It really took a down turn for me after ash and iron. I took a month off and I’m glad I did. I’m enjoying the tharsis activities quite a bit. As far as our abilities and buildcrafting capabilities, we’re in the best spot ever.

Dude I hope you know you’re the minority of the player base (majority now of what’s left) that thinks this game is in a good place what made destiny, destiny is gone hence such a Barron player base the only people left are the ones the like you who ruined it. Bungie had a really bad habit of catering to the minority and the casuals prioritizing quic cash grabs instead of leaning more into what veterans from d1 wanted more of
I refuse to believe you’ve actually been around since the d1 beta bc if you actually were then you’d have seen the game in a better state than now such as taken king, rise of iron etc you should reevaluate why majority of us veteran players disagree and think the game needs a reset to d3 or even d1 classic. The game as it is rn is low effort cash grab slop and they still have mid campaigns despite the sw collab

In the garbage disposal part there’s one of those creatures from Savathun’s swamp. Could it be a possible reference to the Dianoga that’s in the disposal in Star Wars? Also right after exiting The Spider’s barge during the Fearsome Retainer mission there is a Sarlacc Pitt.
Pretty sure Blues beeping is more like Chopper from Rebels then BB-8
Another cool thing with the boba fett armor is if you aim with the helmet equipped the rangefinder (the antenna) will lower down to the visor like it does when boba is using it in the movies/shows

There's alot of Easter Eggs of Star Wars that bungie did. And while playing the main story with my brother, I'd had to hear him saying that how he say "God dang it bungie, but I love how you made it fun" as he saw alot of references and fun interaction with the DLC.
All in all. It was fun and it was the best. Including the final story mission, that was awesome and I want to do it again.
An important easter egg to me, which you could make on a part 2, is how when you go do the missions using someone else's ship, there are side-wiping transitions between scenes, which is something the Star Wars films did. Instead of just a fade out or jump cut in most movies, Star Wars transitions the shots using wipes, that would not be very easy to cut when using film as they did at the time of SW's production and gave it a lot of prestige for adding such smaller details like that.

I know you unlock the golden statuettes in the room with cade and colonel. But im unsure whats required to unlock them all.
The vex courier quest thing isnt time gated just refresh the area, the sleeping vex changes locations and you can deliver the other 2. There is also a fallen digging in scrap that gives you alloy 3 times. Did it all last week

i love the planets... Venus (Endor), Mars (Tatooine) and Europa (Hoth)
Seeing the dianoga in the trash compactor was awesome-blink and you’ll miss her as she quickly drops back below the surface.
The pike shank’s voice is very Anthony Daniels-C-3P0.
In the Europa missions, you can see the Ion Cannon and generator from Empire Strikes Back.
On Venus, you can see nods to Yoda’s hut, a drowned X-wing (although it’s not technically an X-wing), the door to the bunker housing the Death Star II shield, and you fight in a very similar looking Ewok village.
In the last mission, you pass the central core of the Death Star as seen in RotJ.
Whoever is doing Bane’s voice is clearly channeling his inner Adam Driver.
And (possible story spoiler alert), I was prepared for Bane to be Drifter’s son when he pulled a Force Awakens scene. You’ll know it when you see it.
And I believe Bane’s parentage is a nod to what Kylo said to Rey.
The things we shoot that contain the drops of healing? They’re the Ice Cream (IYKYK) containers seen in ESB.
There are so many others, so I’ll stop for now.

I'm a bit disappointed Bungie never refrenced the SW EU/Legends books. That would be cool. I've read the books myself in my high school years and I just got back intro them this summer.
So here is an editing easter egg you have missed. At the end of the Renegades story it uses the same circular cut away as all the Star Wars movies use before the end credits rolls.

This game is HOT GARBAGE right now. Still can't get pass the FIRST Mission. Keeps giving me NO Enimes in the Piker Fight. Even when I try the work arounds. This is the first time I have EVER seen this game work so badly. I've been playing since DAY 1 of D1. I swear you would think Tod Howard made this DLC.
don't go into the room with the ogre. it's a known glitch. it happened to me as well. if you avoid the ogre room, then the game progressess and surprisingly, is quite fun.
