That media mod honestly looks useful for someone like me with only 1 monitor. So I don't have to awkwardly alt+tab just to skip a song.
Depending on what app you have, I use Spotify and it'll sync to my phone so I can use my phone to skip songs
this will get me off session for just a little bit

Milky did you know you can animate the airwalk for real if you setup 2 stances
1 for normal nosegrab with left foot right and right foot going left AND
2 for nosegrab on button THEN you can make the feet go back and forth by clicking in the sticks

This is groundbreaking for accessibility. I just came back to Skater XL, no stranger to modding games, but I just don't have much time anymore and even for me, re-downloading and setting everything up again was a bit of a deterrent. XL is strangely getting closer to becoming an out-of-the-package experience, but a highly customizable mod box. I wanna see more new skaters in these lobbies soon!

I thought there is gonna be a change from the developers perspective. My love for skating is the only thing that keeps me going on with this game on console. And I honestly don’t think I’m at fault. The game had the potential to be fire but they just didn’t do any upgrades for the console community. I don’t want to mod the game as you guys are doing. I want to have a stat menu and thats about it. And like 50 new levels. I am not asking for a lot but this is a lost cause
If players have to mod a game to make it better then it’s a shit game. Don’t understand why people support lazy game developers like this.

If they made a hub for installing differnt stats next I'd pay money. Being able to grab like 10 differnt stats in a sitting and see which one fits best would be boss as hell.
you already know they are gonna ban it cause it makes things better, just like they did when they banned half the people that did anything to make this game better before. plus we all know youre part of the skate community team so when that comes out this game finally goes in the trrash where it belongs. literal worst game company ive ever seen. like how are you that small of a company and that toxic to your players. good luck though considering the only time people watch skaterxl on twitch is if you stream it.

like thank f&*@ing god dude i took so much time off this game bcuz evrtime each couple months there was a new thing i had to update come back to your channel see whats the new mod install update and so on and was so tired i just gave up and now tonight is the night i finally get to enjoy it like i used to.
So Ive looked all over google and youtube and I cant find any info on console mods. I know unless theyre console friendly I cant use them but id like to pay someone to make a console friendly clothing mod. Im trying to make skaterxl content and id like some branding lol
That's like the alternative launcher that we have in assetto corsa (content manager) wich for me is amazing (AC is just like xl in terms of mods haha so the launcher is a must). That's sick
Wish they did us console players some justice, for wasting money on this gigantic garbage pile. Session was worth every penny however (on console)

So this is basically the content manager that assetto corsa. This is exactly what we need, I recently set up skater xl again and it was terrible

where do you set your game folder too ?
If you right click your game in Steam and go to Manage > Browse Local Files it should take you to where your game folder is located
the game is kinda behind on ps4 i hope they update it soon

Milky my man, I need some fucking helllllllp. I have all the necessary mods installed but I’m unable to copy my settings to look the way yours do. I must be placing the stats in the wrong place but I swear I’m doing it correctly. Your setting pop up in the saved stats in the mods, but they don’t seem to work when I’m playing. Is there a way for us to hop into a quick voice chat where you walk me through it or something. I’m completely willing to pay at this point lol.
If you haven't, ask one of his moderators or just ask for someone in his discord. Someone will help. Gotta keep in mind too milky is prob 6k hours in he just has a certain way he plays that can't necessarily be replicated like that
Last time I played XL was when they intentionally bugged the mods with an update. Think was over 2 years ago. Might get some mods and start adding hours again.

i myself just got back into playing skater xl, was never the biggest fan of having to add all the mods and they didn't always get installed properly, if i have unity and all of the normal used mods, do i have to delete all of those files (unity, xxlmod, etc?) or does the xl hub override those ?
Congrats on your first mod man! One problem I have with skater xl currently is everytime i reinstall the game it installs like 20gb of mods from the original mod manager in game automatically and I have no idea how to stop it.

that is so sick man, it would help too because everytime id tab out it would be a risk of the game crashing lol. but yeah this is sick. hopefully some sort of web api intergration where we can choose playlists etc, add songs, search, remove etc

Yeah I was thinking I did the night version of that map a little dark but it was made more for filming. Definitely meant for a light to be used.
