========= The Unkillable Soldier LYRICS ==========
Into the fire through trenches and mud
Son of Belgium and Ireland with war in his blood
Leading the charge into hostile barrage
By design, he was made for the frontline
Studied law, with a thirst for war
    Fought in Africa, wanted more
Back in Europe then straight to France
    He’s joining the allied advance
Through the Somme and the Devil’s Wood
All the battles that he withstood
Born a soldier enjoyed the war
He always kept coming for more
Never die, shot through the eye
    Never surrender however they try
How they try, shot through the eye
    He’ll never die
At the edge of madness, in a time of sadness
An immortal soldier, finds his home
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
No fear of death he’s unshakeable
In the battles, when he was shot
Kept on fighting, and never stopped
    In Arras, Cambrai, Passchendaele
    Ignoring his wounds he prevailed
Save the day, he’ll never stray
Facing the foes that are coming his way
Come his way, he’ll never stray
    Saving the day
At the edge of madness, in a time of sadness
An immortal soldier, finds his home
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
Forged for the war he’s unbreakable
At the edge of madness, he will show no sadness
Never broken, he’ll be back for more
Proven under fire, over trench and wire
No fear of death he’s unshakeable
    Edge of madness!
No fear of death, he is forged for the war,
he will always be coming for more

Death did not come to me as the reaper. He did not come to me as a general or a soldier. He didn't even come as a man at all. No.
Death came to me in the form a young pretty lady, dressed all in white. Her long hair black as the night. Her eyes the color of the morning sun. But I do not remember much more to be honest. I remember her beauty. And her smile. That smile that warmed my heart everytime. And everytime she said: "Not yet, Adrian." That is all Death ever said to me. "Not yet." And she said it with a love that broke my heart open and filled me with joy. In the midst of all these barrages, blood and corpses. She gave me the love that took everything away.
"Not yet, Adrian". I remember it. Everytime, I met her. She gave me that love. "Not yet."

Besides the pumping and galopping song, I also really digged the gleefully tragicomical approach you had for the music video, including all the goofs you put in there, starting from Indy's Charlot-like walk at the beginning, to his period inaccurate Tommy gun, to the modern era nurse, to the pump-shotgun reloading sound effect when he cocks the hammer of the revolver.
It's all so over the top that perfectly fits with the character. :D

I highly recommend his biography "My Odyssey" in which he gave his biography and his thoughts, whether purely military or plitical. Throughout his service he was shot in the ankles, face, head, thigh, hip, abdomen and crotch. He lost an ear, an eye and his left hand, had his fingers bitten off when a doctor refused to amputate them, survived two plane crashes and escaped through an underground tunnel in a POW camp. He was friends with Józef Piłsudski, Winston Churchill and Chiang Kaj-Shek. He took part in the Second Boer War, the Great War, the Polish-Bolshevik War, the Polish-Ukrainian War, the Polish-Lithuanian War and the Second World War.

Believe it or not, your songs made me NEVER give up despite the odds I'm facing & to be PROUD that I'm a MAN! So, THANK YOU, GUYS, FOR ALL THAT! If you guys will grant it, I'd appreciate it if you guys could come up with a song about the Philippines & her most prominent guerilla unit of World War 2, the Hunters ROTC guerillas! As a suggestion, you could get ideas from the various English variations of the opening theme of Season 1 of the hit Japanese anime "Attack On Titan" &/or you could come up with your own. The reason I suggested it is because the opening goes: "Are you the prey? No, we are the Hunters!" See where I'm getting at? Furthermore, it'd be ironic considering that that song comes from the Philippines' former enemy Japan! See the irony? Or, you could do another song about the 10th Battalion Combat Team (10th BCT) of the Philippine Expeditionary Force TO Korea (PEFTOK) & their heroic rear guard action against an overwhelming chinese force at the Battle of Yultong during the 1950 - 1953 Korean War. His Polish adventures:
"...There he met Ignacy Jan Paderewski, the pianist and premier, Marshal Józef Piłsudski, the Chief of State and military commander, and General Maxime Weygand, head of the French military mission in mid-1920. " (Weygand, by the way, would end up one of the people imprisoned in the equally legendary Itter Castle)
"...One of his tasks soon after his arrival was to attempt to make peace between the Poles and the Ukrainian nationalists under Simon Petlyura. The Ukrainians were besieging the city of Lwów (Lvov; Lemberg). The discussions were unsuccessful. "
" During this time he had significant interaction with the nuntius (dean of the Vatican diplomatic corps) Cardinal Achille Ratti, later Pius XI, who wanted Carton de Wiart's advice as to whether to evacuate the diplomatic corps from Warsaw. " So this man was literally an advisor to a future pope as well
" At one time during his Warsaw stay he was a second in a duel between Polish members of the Mysliwski Club, the other second being Baron Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim, later commander-in-chief of Finnish armies in World War II and President of Finland. "
" After an aircraft crash occasioning a brief period in Lithuanian captivity, "
" His last Polish aide de camp was Prince Karol Mikołaj Radziwiłł, member of the Radziwiłł family who inherited a large 500,000-acre (200,000 ha) estate in eastern Poland when the communists killed his uncle. They became friends and Carton de Wiart was given the use of a large estate called Prostyń, in the Pripet Marshes, a wetland area larger than Ireland and surrounded by water and forests. In this location Carton de Wiart spent the rest of the interwar years. In his memoirs he said "In my fifteen years in the marshes I did not waste one day without hunting". "
" After 15 years, Carton de Wiart's peaceful Polish life was interrupted by the looming war, when he was recalled in July 1939 and appointed to his old job, as head of the British Military Mission to Poland. Poland was attacked by Nazi Germany on 1 September and on 17 September the Soviets allied with Germany attacked Poland from the east. Soon Soviet forces overran Prostyń and Carton de Wiart lost all his guns, fishing rods, clothing, and furniture. They were packed up by the Soviets and stored in the Minsk Museum, but destroyed by the Germans in later fighting. He never saw the area again, but as he said "they did not manage to take my memories". "
    Later into the September Campaign:
" As Polish resistance weakened, Carton de Wiart evacuated his mission from Warsaw along with the Polish government. Together with the Polish commander Rydz-Śmigły, Carton de Wiart made his way with the rest of the British Mission to the Romanian border with both the Germans and the Soviets in pursuit. His car convoy was attacked by the Luftwaffe on the road, and the wife of one of his aides was killed. He was in danger of arrest in Romania and got out by aircraft on 21 September with a false passport, just in time as the pro-Allied Romanian prime minister, Armand Calinescu, was assassinated that day.
