Hi Bill, it is still a nice looking relatively inexpensive kit. I am holding off starting to build some 1/35's for perhaps another month or so , got some stuff to finish off and a few things to get my head around.
Hi Andy. These Italeri are very good value for their money. Even though it is an old mould it still is good. I don,t know if you noticed on the sprue but the B.M.W.s had a driven wheel. It was connected to the rear wheel of the motorcycle so it gave it much more traction on and off road. I,m not to sure about the Zundapp. I don,t know if you,ve ever stood near to one of these B.M.s but their effing big ! I think that I told you that I rode motorcycles for about thirty years and believe me they are large and heavy. The wheels and tyres are nearly as big as a small cars. By the way the guy sitting on the bike is resting his foot on the ground,he is not holding the bike up. Its got three wheels it doesn,t need holding up. Oh and by the way he is a rider not the 'driver'. A great model with a lot of potential. I like the Zundapp, thats a rare kit. You don,t see them about much. Good kit, good vid and good luck bud.
hello @. i was pleasantly surprised by how well this stood up to modern kits, most of the deatil seemed pretty good in my opinion, and it looks like it will go together quite well.
Nice kit, and unlike a tamiya, not very demanding I think, nice way to start land vehicles. I have a few tamiyas and starting to build feels like sacrilage. So I wait :)
Classic Italeri kit. Great kit.....held up with age. I like the bonus 3 figures. A vignette in the box. Hope you build it soon.
Bill

Thanks Brian it is still a nice looking kit despite its age.
Great kit, it was one of my first 1/35 models.Never understood why Airfix didn't made similar ones in 1/76.
