Pronunciation review by a mexican so Jinx can learn from her mistakes.
0:12 "a Jinx , ...o Jinx A-S-M-R...." , u dont need to say "o Jinx" ... just "bienvenidos a Jinx ASMR" , the letter "o" alone its used to give options, in english is "or".
0:37 "En video" sounds like "envidio" that translated is "I am jelous" the correct way to say it is "En este video..." (In this video...)
1:13 Jinx said "Para que *puedes* entenderme y *puedo* entederme" , some little mistakes , "para que... puedas ...entenderme y... pueda... entenderme".
6:22 thats the correct way to say "el perro" (the dog), the others trys are good to wrong , dont feel bad Jinx, its difficult to pronounce the double "r" , try with "ferrocarril" , the mistakes sounds like saying 2 things, first one is "pero" it means "but" , " ... pero no quiero esto " (but I dont like this) or "pelo" that means hair ... tu pelo es hermoso (your hair is beautiful).
11:15 "atomos-firico" its wrong , "atomos" means atoms and "firico" sounds like a chemical compund , kind of
"ferrous sulfate", u need to practice, try to read atmosferico part by part "at-mos-fe-rico)" (Atmosphere)
11:42 "el balarin de ballet" thats what I can understand ... u need to pronouce "i" after the first "a".... " ba- i - larín" so u can say ..."el bailarín de ballet"
16:07 "Tranquio"
you ate an L , pronounce "kilo" and add "tran" before that so u can pronouce "Tran-quilo"
In general, any native spanish speaker can understand what Jinx try to said, she did great, just those little mistakes so she can improve.
Suggestions
-Get closer to the microphone, the peripheral effect is hardly felt and move from one mic to another or around it , whisper to a mic while u block the other so the sound just pass for that one side.
-Use headphones while u do the ASMR, enjoy with us.
-Use feminine words, they are more attractive and a complete phrase or story from ur life, that would be great for the male audience, this feminine words usually end in A and instead avoid masculine words that end in O.
- To practice Spanish you could sing a song, or try to pronounce poetry, something soft and slowly, kind "Besame mucho from Consuelo Velazquez " , from the poetry u can try with Pablo Neruda, Mario Benedetti, Julio Cortazar or u can try with a traduction like Alan Poe with "el cuervo" (the raven) , read some story.
-Try to walk around the microphone as if the viewer was sitting and bound or blindfolded
