No, just a bug exploit/little tric you can do, there is no mod (well there is one if you use the psp emulator, but just to replace some textures with hd ones) for gta vcs as it has been only released on psp and ps2.
@@Falamorbius not if you have bunch of molotovs and/ or laser sniper ammo Personally, I passed vigi like this: got 5000 bullets for sniper and shoot to death the targets from distance
It's a massive shame that we couldn't use it as a safe house after killing the Mendez bros. This should have been an end game safe house.
