Fresh and healthiest food video ever i watched in my entire life. I am living in U.S since last 19 years and i am also from small rural village, It's reminding me my chilhood memories. My grandma and mom used to pick the fresh veggies from the farm and they were cooking in the clay pot. Everything was own, home grown. Thank you Nikunj bhai for this great video. Good job brother. Wow everything so fresh and healthy......... The best part is you are not uttering a word but you are saying it all so clear. Food looks so yummy. Thank you
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1 small red onion
2 small tomatoes
4 sliced green chilis
Stir until soft
Add 1 pinch of cumin, 1 pinch of Tumeric powder and 1 tsp of salt
Mix well
Add 3 cups of puréed spinach, blanched
Mix well
Add paneer cubes
Cook until soft/somewhat cubes are golden brown

100000........% right....most of the health issues or problem comes from harmful chemicals use in vegetables and eatables food products...So for this reason I owned a small garden for fresh vegetables, a cow and buffalo for fresh milk,some local poultry for eggs and a small pond for fish and a small farm for fruits tree. But You will figure out that there is a big difference in taste also.Foods prepared from fresh vegetables are very good and delicious.But most of the resident of urban people missed ...this kind of life and taste......
How u know his farms r pure organic today's every farmer use pesticides in their fields there is only few farmers in india who do organic farming vry few not all ok so u have no proof tht he never use pesticides in his farms u didn't see tht either
Most of the rural people prepare their food like this only. But as the world is becoming interdependent, people are moving to specialised jobs. And self sufficiency is reaching new lows.
