i had a situation in my tank of HCL process my fmu40 did not giving the correct measured value and shows no echo and error for calibration though i did it the correct procedure for calibration ? and how to identify that my sensor is damage or not ?

Raian, if you are getting the E641 error, and you have verified that your calibration is indeed correct for your setup, the next course of action would be to isolate the device from your process and remove it. With it being removed, you can inspect the sensor condition, and also shoot the sensor up against the wall to see if it will register a value. If it reads correctly outside of the tank, then we know the issue is with either installation or the process. If it doesn't read outside of the tank, and the error code is still present, the issue resides with the sensor. One thing that you can check on the sensor is to see if you can feel the sound pulse being generated from the center of the sensor. If you can't, then, most likely you have an issue with the device and it may be time to send it in for repair.

Raian, the E641 is a loss of echo alarm. It can happen in instances of where the return sound pulse is not making its way back to the sensor. This could be due to process conditions, calibration, or instrument malfunction.
