What references to ATWT? While they call the area where this house is Oakdale, they
have never officially connected it to ATWT, have they? I think the main thing is that they wanted to show that Oakdale was more physically distant to Monticello.

I need Draper to get his memory back! I’m confused how Draper was front page news out in the country and nobody had recognized him and they didn’t seem to think there was a connection between the train crash and him showing up hurt! 44 years later and this is still frustrating 😂
Emily was a recluse. And as far as people who don't really know Draper, recognizing Kirk, people have short memories. They are not thinking of Draper.
It's weird how 3 actors from Edge of Night 🌙 died from AIDS related illnesses: Dennis Parker 85', Joel Crothers 85' & Irving Allen Lee 92'.
Not all that weird really. Many male soap and theatrical actors were gay, and Parker also did porn...and the aids epidemic ran through both groups in the early/mid 80s.
Not weird considering they all worked and lived in the NYC area, which was an early epicenter of AIDS in the early 1980s. There was almost no real reliable information about how people got infected early on.
Actually it was 4 actors, from the show, who died from complications of AIDS. The 4th actor was Joey Alan Phipps who played the 1st Kelly McGrath. And it really was not weird since the show was taped in NYC. During the 1980s, gay men were dropping like flies. It was an absolute nightmare during the 1980s for the gay community. So many talented people were taken in their prime of life. And, I, for one, think it is very sad.
125 grand in 1980 is craaazy xpencive!!!! ....u can get a cute little house for not much more in 2022!!! ...at least in a small town..
Keeping score: (1) Draper sits in the lobby of the Bremen Hotel while DEBORAH & LOGAN prance through the lobby and don't see him. (2) CALVIN knocks on the door of Draper's hotel room but interviews Emily instead of Draper. (3) MILES & NICOLE see Draper in the hospital getting his ribs bandaged but don't see his face. (4) Draper checks out of the Bremen Hotel holding JAMEY's stuffed toy. (5) The REALTOR tells the entire story of Draper's conviction and death while Draper stands in his own kitchen looking looking in the red cabinets.
