It's true..I am a mechanical design engineer... whenever I am not learning anything new or not helping others I feel very stressed . Now since the last 3 years I have been doing morning exercises & yoga. But It is difficult for me to overcome Laziness. Also all the proffesions mentioned by you are relatable to me. I always try to search for opportunities to help people.
