Total Digital Access to the League of Nations Project (LONTAD) - Documentary

This documentary presents the Total Digital Access to the League of Nations Project (LONTAD), a large digitization project to ensure physical and digital preservation and online access to the entirety of the League of Nations Archives.
While the original documents are accessible to researchers at the UN Geneva premises in the Palais des Nations, the LONTAD project will make them accessible globally. This unique historical collection, inscribed on the UNESCO Memory of the World Register, is preserved by UN Geneva at the Palais des Nations. Its custodian is the Institutional Memory Section of the UN Library & Archives Geneva, that manages the LONTAD project.
