It's a bit larger and has more rising agent in it so gets fluffier. Also the sauces used are different. As tzaziki (yoghurt type sauce) is more commonly used.

Soup needs multiple, separate ingredients that need to be prepared by cooking, mashing, or chopping said ingredients, as well as several spices. Milk is also not used; any dairy used will probably be cream. Soup also requires time for the ingredients to come together to create its own unique flavour. Finally, soup can be consumed much later than when it was originally made, and can be simply reheated to enjoy. Cereal only needs two ingredients: milk, and the pre-made Cereal. No other preparation is needed, you just need to pour the Cereal and milk into a bowl of your choice. You can easily prepare Cereal in under a minute, or even 20-30 seconds if you're fast. Finally, Cereal needs to be consumed rather quickly after it is made as the Cereal will go soggy after a certain time, ruining the flavour and texture. Cereal is not Soup.

Soup needs multiple, separate ingredients that need to be prepared by cooking, mashing, or chopping said ingredients, as well as several spices. Milk is also not used; any dairy used will probably be cream. Soup also requires time for the ingredients to come together to create its own unique flavour. Finally, soup can be consumed much later than when it was originally made, and can be simply reheated to enjoy.
Cereal only needs two ingredients: milk, and the pre-made Cereal. No other preparation is needed, you just need to pour the Cereal and milk into a bowl of your choice. You can easily prepare Cereal in under a minute, or even 20-30 seconds if you're fast. Finally, Cereal needs to be consumed rather quickly after it is made as the Cereal will go soggy after a certain time, ruining the flavour and texture.
Cereal is not Soup.
