@@The_k150 back when I was still studying, I had to write a bunch of 20-page papers to get my grades for several courses. I procrastinated on them for several years. Not even joking here. And at one point I just set down and did them. So don't be so hard on yourself, you're already doing better than I was back then :D
I always love these types of videos when I am doing long assignments and studying. It reminds me it's okay to take a break. To whoever is reading this, a tip for the breaks is to not get on your phone. I like to fold some laundry, or stretch, drink some water, and grab a snack. Staying off my phone even during breaks helps me keep a productive flow.
I wasn't the best in "studying hard and smart," but I can't say I'm bad at it either. Procrastination is something most people struggle in their school years. I'm on my first year high school and your videos are on the next level. It helped me so much in studying and it also helped me finish my 'last chance' extended deadline schoolwork. To people reading this, YOU. CAN. DO. IT. You are much more than what you think and it isn't the end when you mess up once, twice or a billion times. I've messed up A LOT of times and I couldn't even count them anymore. I struggle with my memory and critical thinking. I always forget the things I shouldn't forget, discouraging me to even continue anymore. I had a sudden motivation to study last week and I don't know why, so if you get a chance like this, don't let it pass. Take the chance and study. Remember there is this one person in the internet always supporting you (no matter who you are, someone always loves you and He won't let you fall down and let you be.) This came up on my home page as I was trying to find a workout to "put me in the mood" to do the work I have to do today. I have been struggling a lot with my ADHD since I started a new anti-depressant and this video came at the perfect time. The timer method helps so much with keeping me focused. I'm now 1/3 of a way through writing a paper on the comparative history of cocaine & tobacco use and I'm only past the first break! I will be using this over and over!

I apreciate that you add the sound of water in the breaks, at first i wanted to keep the work and that reminded me what breaks are for, filling the water in the tea/coffee and going to the bathroom, and then it was easy to move the body and make the mind go off for the remaining minutes.

Im currently sick but still fighting through it to get some studying done before my exam in a few weeks. My goal for todays session is literally just to get anything done, but i'm taking it slow and just taking the time that i need. Thanks for keeping me company and providing music :)

this really helped me focus, i can never knuckle and do work but this really helped me and put me in a good mindset. I really liked how she timed it so i would know how much work i have done and when to have a break, i hate using google timers but this was really nice.

This came up on my home page as I was trying to find a workout to "put me in the mood" to do the work I have to do today. I have been struggling a lot with my ADHD since I started a new anti-depressant and this video came at the perfect time. The timer method helps so much with keeping me focused. I'm now 1/3 of a way through writing a paper on the comparative history of cocaine & tobacco use and I'm only past the first break! I will be using this over and over!
