Adult swim should do a thowback year. Like what pepsi did with it's soda. Bring back the old logo, bumps, shows and it's old 2002-2003 style. I don't mean reshow old stuff only. They should keep some of the series going, maybe continue some old stuff with new seasons, and at the same time still show new stuff. It's the nostalgia factor.
I remember being excited for Adult Swim premiering back in September, 2001. I first heard about it earlier in the year on a DragonBall Z fansite that was hoping that the adult-oriented block would allow for showings of DBZ without cutting any content. Instead, we got a lot more than that.
This Sunday is the end of Aqua Teen. This is the end of an era, an era that started right here, with these shows. It's gonna be so sad to watch this and know that none of these shows are still on the air. RIP Aqua Teen, RIP old Adult Swim.
Aqua Teen still airs. I think the brak show airs sometimes as well. The only really disappointing thing about adult swim is that they take up SO MUCH of Cartoon Network's time. They should go back to only airing two days of the week like they used to.
Dragon Ball Z Kai Music Revival Selection Starting at 8 or 9 pm is too early and all that does is add room for FOX shows which I like but they gave them so much already. I liked when they started at 10:30pm-6am on weekdays, no friday adult swim, 11pm-6am saturdays, 10pm-6am on sundays. I felt like that was enough time.
It was alright. It was more wholesome, like the Rugrats. I believe it was based off a Sunday comic strip in the news paper because that’s where I’ve seen it first. Kinda strange that it was on Adult Swim, it could’ve easily fit in with daytime cartoons.
@@Ckoz2829it was, but with some altercations. They only have the baby and not the two older kids, and we see a lot more of their neighbors. It's more different then the comics, but a great watch! 👍
You guys are lucky, in Australia its only on Sunday's from 12-2am and its no longer on Cartoon Network so we only have about 10 bumps which get re-used a hell of a lot. Anime in Australia virtually does not exists on TV..........
Here on Brazil [as] started on 2005 with a 10pm-2pm lineup every sundays and thursdays, which ended in 2008, when it moved to iSAT from 10pm-1pm line up which ended as well in 20??. But in November 4th, 2014 [as] was back on TBS from 12am-1am with a rerun of the night from 3am-4am every day. But now and then most of the time it's just stroker and hoop marathons...... Adult Swim is now seven days a week, it has been that way for nearly 4 years now. Australia only rehashes the ad approach for 2 hours at a time? Damn, I feel extremely horrible for you and I truly do. I truly hate my schedule of Adult Swim but there's nothing that I can do, but whatever.
Man, adult swim is so different now. I still prefer this adult swim over the new "trippy" bumps and the over abundance of stupid shows. Aqua Teen still holds up but after 2007 idk adult swim changed...

They did one in 2008
They’ll probably do that for their 20th
Clare 4 Take Off.
The fact they pulled a risky move of mixing anime with Western cartoons. Paid off extremely well.
They did the same thing with Toonami earlier.

Adult Swim should dedicate an entire month to celebrating the 20th anniversary of Adult Swim

There Climbe A Board.
Of course you're not.
adult swim created a lot of insomniacs back in the day
I don't think so compared to how long they broadcast on the weeknights than they used to

It's a cute little show.

Let’s Not Forget 🤠 Bebop, And 👶🏻 Blues.
Back when I was a younglin', I'd run away in fear when Adult Swim would come on.
Now as a teen, Adult Swim is my friend, and the dawn is my enemy.
Are you ready to rock?!
This brings back so many memories.
Home Movies was really funny.

They still air it sometimes at 5am
