Post game Flus whether he’s a long term head coach or goes back to defensive coordinator the way he conducts himself he’s a man to be respected. Period. Also the defense gets consistent pressure on the QB and that did remind me a bit of the 85 Bears. Note I said ‘a bit’ lol. And Caleb sorry but he is a talent. The missed timing and miscommunication will improve. And you know he’s a character guy and a team player. He’s gonna be solid and more than likely top 10. Which is good enough and better then the Bears deserve lol. O line needs to step up and stop the procedure mistakes. You’re professionals and you’re letting your team down. Let’s go 🐻

Thank you! Anyone who still wants Fields as their QB is welcome to join Steelers Nation. I have a soft spot in my heart for Mitchell Trubisky (he’s a sweet kid who tries very hard), but I don’t want him back as a Bear. I wish him well, I’m happy for him when he has a good game (when he does play, anyway), and he’s clearly talented as he’s still in the NFL, but he’s not a great NFL-level QB. Either wish our former players well on their new teams and be happy for their successes while still cheering for the Bears, or join their new team’s fan base and leave the Bears behind.

For everyone arguing Justin vs Caleb and talking negatively about these young men here's some food for though. Field is performing better than Caleb right now because he's been in the league longer and he's on a better team with a much better coaching staff that is tailoring the offense to his strengths. Caleb is gonna take a bit more time to catch up to the speed of the game. Hopefully the offensive line can improve and keep him protected. The Bears coaching staff has alot to prove as well. They don't have a Mike Tomlin level coach. So ya Fields should be performing better because he's in a better position to succeed right now than Williams. That doesn't mean Williams won't catch up and pass Fields. In the end these two young, talented QBs should be supported and rooted for. Stop all the hater s**t.

Instead we have had 55 years of mostly bad offense. Some little bit of misdirection finally made it into the game. I mean wow, a draw play. After Indy blitzed 50% of the time. That was so sick.

A few observations.1 Alex appears in good shape, but Mr. Briggs is becoming a tad portly. 2. the D, as always, was pounded on passing patterns over the middle....the middle was wide open. 3. The GB /Vikings game was a warning that the bears better bring a tighter Pass defense. Also, the Oline on both teams has monster personnel. I am afraid the pressure so far will not be enough to get to the QBs when the Bears play them. 4 Both Sam and love had some pressure but somehow found an open man. 5. It did appear 1 time that a Bear receiver came back to help out when on most good teams there seems to be someone frequently coming come back to help the QB. 6. Fields is playing in conservative Offensive game plan. Thus With his receivers making some ridicules catches, the Steelers are in the games long as the D keeps it close.. When he throws deep, he is still missing receivers. The game plan for Williams is to just copy the GB offense. It is simple and effective.....if....they execute..... to execute they must block.........what seems to be the problem....the blocking technique is quite simple that even the Bears Oline should be able to accomplish that. Good Luck next week.

Meanwhile, the "the other Heisman Trophy winner and 2nd QB chosen", Jayden Daniels is 1st for rookies and 3rd in the NFL in QBR of 107.1. He has led his team to a 3-1 record and his much less talented team sit atop in their division standings. In their last two games he's lead his team to over 80 points of offense, 7 TDs and 1 INT while completing nearly 90% of his passes and over 400 rushing yards. But don't call him a "generational talent". Let's leave that to Trevor and Caleb. I think it's way past time to stop talking about the QB you traded and acknowledge the QB you got.

These old Bears are going to lead us to nowhere if we let them, They'd be happy with us playing a brand of football that doesn't win anymore just so they can hold onto this ridiculous formula that never leads to the development of the one position that every piece of evidence shows you need in order to win it all....the quarterback. When is someone going to be brave enough to challenge this lunacy and say the most important thing this year is Caleb's growth, not early wins that are inconsequential in the overall scheme of things. Already, they are trying to restrict Caleb's growth in the same way they did to Justin and Mitch. Peyton Manning threw 28 interceptions his first year and then ended up beating their Bears while we put up Rex Grossman.

Thank you man. Briggs sounds insufferable at times. Caleb isnt going to make every throw in year one but the one thing you can watch him do is make smarter decisions. No throws in obvious tight coverages, no ints, make plays to convert 3rd downs. The way they tell it, they act like they were the legion of boom with lovie. They were a really good defense but you would think they were the steel curtain of the 2000s

Ummm...no. Caleb has every play available to him and the staff has entrusted him with on field adjustments and decision making. It's not a watered down basic rookie friendly offense like howWashington has done with Daniel's. This is the complete opposite of the Mitch and Justin offensive programs. It's built for growing a qb and will take time to get where we all want it. It's smart, sloppy at times now but will be better in the long run

100%- Briggs ripping on Tory Taylor had me shakin my head. Taylor arguably deserved the game ball today for his work- multiple punts of 65+ yds, multiple punts (i think it was 3 I’d have to watch the game back) pinning LA within their own 10 yd line. That is absolutely massive value and Briggs is arguing the dude wasn’t worth a third round pick???? Unc Lance is embarrassing and needs to admit he no longer understands the game at this point

We need a offensive minded head coach to teach caleb it doesn't take a rocket scientist 😮

*!!TRIGGER WARNING!!* Justin Fields had more yards today then caleb has had in the first 2 combined games with half the passing attempts 😂 he would have DOTTED those 2 overthrows Caleb Hanie missed in the endzone 😂

It only took him four years while Caleb took 3 games to get 300 plus yards. Good for Fields but he playing over his head. He’ll revert back to Fields soon enough
