After boarding Singapore Airlines flight SQ 883 bound for Singapore at Gate No. 5, I pushed back from Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 at 2.10 p.m., as scheduled. Taxiing to the runway, I finally lifted off from Hong Kong International Airport at 2.35 p.m. for a regional mid-afternoon return flight of 3 hours 45 minutes back to Singapore.
