I saw this house on another channel and he just zipped thru it. Love the time you took to even scan the floor tiles. Thank you! I love that house; saved it in my favorites. What a kitchen! Took out the BB court in square footage and it came to roughly 12,000 sq. ft. (very do-able). Definitely mine when I come into my $100 million inheritance. Lol! I subscribed so please do more!
Well, it’s HUGE, BUT, gorgeous. It’s for a family that has a great income, with a lot of kids and/or in-laws. As for cleaning, I would hire a cleaning service. Even a nanny couldn’t do it. Like I said, ALOT of income. Beautiful home!
Good video... just went today as well... lot size was amazing... i preferred the 10,000 sq foot home over this one. Had a really awesome time viewing a majority of the homes....
@@paytonfisherrealestateinve3632 i didn’t get to see all the properties unfortunately but #5 was top 3 for sure.. basketball court is definitely different but a plus… the view of the backyard was gorgeous… I saw a couple houses you viewed that I wish I had time to hit up but ran out of time… Hopefully next year I’ll spend the night so I can get to them all if they have another Parade of Homes….17,000 house probably overkill but lots size was amazing… #22 with backyard and no one behind you was great as well….
Possibly a second home… still a couple years away.. 1st time doing a Parade of homes since I went to one in Las Vegas a couple decades ago… thanks for putting all the homes on YT…. You did a great job… 🙌🍻
