Wonderful knowledge sharing... I am working in IT.. and I used to search for excel tutorials some time.. but I never found such a nice explained video in very minimal duration. Now I started seeing this guy's videos even if I don't need that tutorials for any purpose. Because I know the new unknown ideas may help me later and worth watching as videos are very short.. and really very short without missing any details 🙂

I practiced this tips in my excel work book. But this formula is workable for only for the first name cell in the the look up value name list. How we get all cells in the name list ?
