Did I hear a change in the tone of your voice? Klein Pella no rain just heat!
On a different point. What is your take on the municipality removing the punitive charges for water uses in PE. Personally we have 22.5kl of rain tanks but still have not used a garden hose in well over 7 years now. Most of the plants grow by grace. Blessings from a windy PE
