The Judge did mess up. He pretty much intimidated the Witness in his Chambers and the Defense Attorney found out and the Judge held him in contempt where the Defense Attorney was taken to Jail. This Case has too many corrupt moments.
In the transcript the prosecutor did all the dirty work and the judge sit back and allowed it, all judge had to do was thrown the state under the bus to save his ass but he wanted to stand on bidness
1.) this trial is a circus.
2.) the amount of people who don’t understand this type of stuff happens in lower profile cases (to a smaller extent) isn’t shocking.
You pay your lawyer to be as grandious and fling as much mud as they can.
They be railroading people "especially men" all over the country. Unless you been in it, or have had family members or close friends caught up in it, it's hard for people to take a step back from their brainwashed life and realize we all getting scammed by our own governments through the states.
