500g or 3 1/4 cup Flour
350 warm water 95F
1 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
And of course Cheese and Pepperoniiiiiiiiiiiii

Man, that pizza looks amazing! Here's my trick: I prepare the dough in the morning before heading out to work, then pop it in the fridge for the day. By the time I'm back in the evening, that dough is beautifully soft and ready to finish off. Just gotta make sure to cover it up with some plastic wrap to keep it from drying out. Trust me, it's worth the wait!
