No matter how many times I watch Seventeen Killing Voice, it's always fun and fresh with each new reactor.

I don't know if anyone has already explained to you how the group works, but it's basically like this:
They are divided into 3 units within the group where each member is basically what they are strongest at. But they can all sing, dance and rap incredibly, that's just what each one really excels at.
Hip Hop Unit: S.Coups (unit leader and leader of Seventeen as a group), Wonwoo, Mingyu and Vernon.
Performance Unit: Hoshi (unit leader), Jun, The8 and Dino.
Vocal Unit: Woozi (unit leader), Jeonghan, Joshua, DK and Seungkwan.
So 13 members + 3 units + 1 group = 17
In albums, generally, in addition to the songs with the whole group, there is also a song from each unit.
In addition to these units, there are also some duos and subgroups.
BSS or BooSeokSoon is like the fun trio since pre-debut. It is composed of BOO Seungkwan, Lee SEOKmin (DK), and Kwon SOONyoung (Hoshi). In other words, two members from the vocal unit and one from the performance.
Each leader of their respective unit also formed a subgroup. Scoups from hip hop, Hoshi from performance and Woozi from vocals. They form SVT Leaders.
Mingyu and Wonwoo are kind of a duo, even though they only have one song. And these days Jeonghan and Wonwoo also formed a duo and released an ep.
I think that nowadays the position of each member in the group is not that important since they have all evolved so much and can be exceptional, but I like to highlight that DK and Seungkwan are main vocalists because they have two of the best vocals in KPOP and people should value it more. And Woozi, despite not being considered a main vocalist, is still the leader of the vocal unit and I think that in God Of Music you can understand why. In addition to giving birth to most of Seventeen's songs. I could stay here talking about him as a producer for hours, but you'll understand when you dive into Seventeen's discography. I can only say that everything you heard on Killing Voice was produced by Woozi together with Bumzu and the other members.
Seventeen is known as a self-producing group and this goes beyond the songs, but also with choreography and even direction. They are also known as the kings of synchronization and I think it's important to give credit to Hoshi for that. Being a unit leader is not just a title, but a real job. And of course, if they are still united today even after 9 years in the group (apart from all the years of trainees) it is because of Scoups and his role as a leader who really does everything for the group.
There are so many things to tell, but I'll save it for when (and if you want) you delve deeper into the group. I would say you won't regret it. More than a group, Seventeen are singers who are passionate about their work and who, even after almost 10 years in the group, still have the same passion as when they were teenagers. They're also a family, and I know every fan says that about their fav group, but seriously, they're a family. It's something you'll come to realize the more you get to know them, but they are a group full of love.
Also, I don't know if this is of interest to you but:
95 line: Scoups, Jeonghan and Joshua (Joshua was born and raised in L.A and speaks fluent English as you have seen)
96 line: Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo and Woozi (Jun is Chinese)
97 line: DK, Mingyu and The8 (The8 is also Chinese)
98 line: Seungkwan and Vernon (Vernon was born in New York but grew up in Korea. He is also fluent in English)
99 line: Dino

Before, I had only listened to some of their songs on Spotify and never delved into learning about the group, I thought the amount of members seemed overwhelming lol But now that I am learning more about the members, I'm starting to enjoy them even more! They are known as the synchronization kings, theater kids of kpop and powerhouse group. I think you've learned their names well! Great job! 😊👏 if you've loved their vocals, i think you'd love their super synchronized choreos too! As for my favorites… I think on this video my favorite was Run to You. It’s the one that sounded like an anime theme song. And it’s one song on here that you probably will not run into a lot, even in deep dive. So it’s actually good you got to hear it here. I also am in love with their dancing, so I go crazy with the choreography videos and dance practices. Those are really fun to watch. The intro to the super long guide for Seventeen gives a snippet of basically every title track up to God of music, so that’s another way to hear a little bit of a lot of the songs they’ve done.

i think one of the main reasons Wonwoo (one with glasses) didn't sing as much in this is bc before this he had reecently lost his mother so he was probably not at his fullest emotionaly to take part 100%

seventeen debut on 26 May 2015 & have 13 members. So, it's been 9 years already they in industry. seventeen have 13 members. they consist 3 units which is(hip hop unit, performance unit, vocal unit). every unit had their own leader. also there is a meaning behind it. 13(members) + 3 unit + 1 team = 17.
since from their trainee days till now, they have been producing, composing, lyricist and choreographing their own music. woozi is their main producer along with bumzu ( co-producer) had been produce all their music. they can bring variety of genre in every single release/album. from fun/catchy, darker/intense, high energy dance songs, softer ballad-y songs. Literally anything you want seventeen has done it and done it amazingly
They have some of THE MOST difficult choreos in ALL of music performances, and they call as the most synchronization group performance. the theater kids of k-pop & kpop performance powerhouse. if you watch their live performance, you will understand it
13 members is that they ALL can sing, rap and dance. they prove this in some of their live performances. They swap songs, i.e. the
Hip Hop team can do the Performance team's most difficult contemporary art dance; the Performance team swap song with the Vocal team also the Hip Hop team can do it, too, they can do all the highest notes.
and the Vocal team can rap AND dance as great as the Performance team. They're ALL amazingly talented & every single one is an all rounder!

Wonwoo is also as introvert as they come so he doesn’t feel the need to be as loud as the others. They really need to add more lines for him for real.
