To follow Christ means to love our enemies and to forgive without holding back. One day I know the members of both the Orthodox Churches and the Catholic Church will be able to do that and join again as one. Not as only Catholic or only Orthodox, but as two lungs giving breath to the same bride of Christ, as John Paul II said. Satan wants to keep us divided and will always throw up the sins we've committed against each other in front of us when we attempt to come together, just as he'll try to do when we stand in judgment. We should pray that forgiveness and love are in our hearts at the moment and not hatred and unforgiveness.

Wow, as an Orthodox who was baptised into the Russian Orthodox Church and hearing what Roman Catholics tell me about what the Fatima revelations that Russia would convert to Roman Catholicism but we see more Russians becoming Orthodox again, I mean isn't that obvious that the Bogoroditse wasn't speaking of the Roman Catholic faith.

Well, that is patjetic Vatican dream.
That is why Vatican suported Napoleon, and nazi Hitler agaimst Russia.
Vatican always dreamed about convertng Russia to RC.
But Russia will always be loyal to the only true church, Orthodox Church.

Talk about pathetic comments...., have you watched the video, in the first minutes a catholic priest comments on this

    • @nanarara2844

      your comment is unfortunate.
there is no conspiracy to destroy Russia or Orthodox Church by the Catholic Church.
Soviet Union was much different from Orthodox Russia.
the differences are huge. WW2 was awful for all of Europe, especially us Slavic.
the copoeration of catholic church and hitler is exagerated by some people (any coporetaion might have been minimal and isolated to individuals)
so many priests died from that lunatic too and millions of Catholics. (yes also millions of Orthodox).
Hitler used religion (both Protestants and Catholics) to support Nazi PAGAN
idealogy of Aryan, Germanic culture. He was a power hungry nutcase and mass murderer
and 99% of Catholics will condemn him.

Your knowledge of history is weak. The papacy did not support Napoleon. It was a victim and a target of Napoleon like many other entities at the time.

Someone had asked one of the Fatima siblings if the Virgin Mary was referring to the Roman Church and the siblings said it was referring to Russia returning to the Orthodox Church. I can't remember the source.

Please, let us not forget who funded and supported this revolution....in the media they all spoke of it in disgust and regret but whe all know that the west and Wall street very much made it happen by planning and financing it. The Catholic church isn't in any way neutral in this matter as it never was during the decades before the revolution began (in destabilizing the Russian Orthodox Church) We only need to take a look at the Vaticans role during the Ustasha regime in croatia and we'll have a pretty clear picture who we're dealing with and what they think of Russia and Orthodoxy. Now that Islam is flooding Europe they all of a sudden started an charme offensive as they feel threatend by a foreign culture. I don't trust them ONE bit.

the Vatican does not have full control of all Catholics.
      they are around the world.
What the Utshase did was nasty, but those were actually a couple rogue bishops and
people going crazy in the Nazi area to kill innocent people.
the Catholic Church isnt a super powerful organization (though it may have been once).
After seperatation of church and state, many revolution (check Freemasonry).
      the power was weakened.
this happened long before Nazi Germany. do not blame Catholiics for that please. There is 1.2 billion,
in my native country 2-3 million Catholics were killed by Hitler.
btw the Catholic Church and Orthodox Church have been trying to improve relations,
before the migrant crisis. During 1960s it started improving, and CC said Orthodox are sister church.
i suggest you ease on the politics side. because other evil forces are involved in much of that.

nana rara a couple of rogue bishops??? Wow buddy, you have a very screwed up picture of the whole ordeal regarding the ustase regime and calling it "nasty" is just, in my opinion, downplaying it. Let me remind you that the vatican has proclaimed that SOB (you know what that means?? SON OF A BITCH!! - alojzije stepinac, croatia's "spiritual" leader during WW2) a saint. Please don't come with that BS "a couple of" it was known from the top down what was happening in the Balkans and all of em knew, it's a known fact that they helped the bastard escape via the so called rat's channels all in full support of Rome and the CIA. The Vatican is a firm, a gay club with pedophiles running it's organization. In Boston they settled a sex case for 500.000 dollars. How many baby bones were found in england next to catholic monastaries where sisters were forced to have sex with a "few rogue bishops" get your facts straight. It's a cespool.

mitrovdan Wow. Maybe you've read one too many conspiracy theories? Also, most of the atrocities that you described happened around the Reinnasance. There have been many changes to the Church since that time. And those lawsuits? Yep, still rogue bishops. The Church isn't all seeing, you know.

mitrovdan And didn't that Stepinac guy die of arsenic poisoning, instead of ever escaping? Seriously, I just checked Wikipedia, and while controversial, I don't see much argument against the guy. Then again, you probably know a bit more.
