PUBG Americas Series 3: Grand Finals - Day 3

- PUBG Americas Series 3 (PAS3) kicks off the 2024 competitive season of Americas PUBG Esports, serving as a qualification tournament for the PUBG Global Series (PGS).
PAS3 began with the Open Qualifiers, and will continue with the Playoffs, a combination of the Group Stage and Last Chance, before wrapping up with the Grand Finals.
At the end of PAS3, the top 3 teams will represent the Americas in PGS 3 & 4.
Grand Finals
Match Day 1: Friday, April 5th 4pm PT
Match Day 2: Saturday, April 6th 4pm PT
Match Day 3: Sunday, April 7th 4pm PT

I mean, honestly he's ALWAYS played like that, even on SQ.. That's why they were so good at team fights, M1me was played a HUGE role on SQ but SQ is full of great players...

SQ made a huge mistake by taking out MIME.
Most people just go by numbers. MIME made selfless plays for the team. That was his role. You make a team full of fraggers and it won't work.

definitely. he played a role nobody probably didn't want to do on soniqs. this game is soo much more than just stats. the fans are so delusional by saying m1me was a problem after them winning an international. you could see this coming a mile away and I'm saying this as a soniqs fan as well

From the look of things, Kickstart has actually been good for Soniqs. I think the problem is from either hwin, shrimzy or Tig. Or maybe they don't have good chemistry yet.
Fair play to FT and SQ for not flushing on the roof game.
This is like watching a football match, where a couple of people from the crowd are allowed to run around on the pitch, and mess the game up. Either SQ play the game to qualify, or sod off...

Quick question, I don’t play the pc version of PUBG but is the audio so bad? Cause I see people moving beside each other and still not hear each other. I’m confused

Usually this is communication discipline, when your team mates talk over each other and stress priority, it is always hard to track surrounding movement.

No, audio is actually really good. You can hear steps from 20-25 meters away.
SQ is always in a difficult position to watch in the MAP.
Clearly the style of play is not compatible with this region, and I don't think it's KICK's fault.

They are always picking up wrong terrain to fight. Always on the wrong side of the fight. Sandwiching positions. Worst game play ever from them. Even kids pickup better positions than these morons.
Kick was great. Weaklink atm believe it or not is TGLTN .. he isnt performing to his normal high standard

These are the best of the best!! I have watched all the prelims!! SQ played many rounds before reaching here!! Same goes for the other teams!!
seems like they're trying out different playstyles. recently they focused on international playstyle, but it's not doable in regionals so they switched it up and are looting new places and stuff. that's probably why they're inconsistent. they qualify to pgs 3-4 anyway so we'll see if their strategy pays off
