El Ejercicio es la arma principal para evitar muchas enfermedades. Aunque para muchas personas lo puedan ver cosas del pasado . Yo lo veo de otra manera. Además de sembrar alimentos para ellos también. Hacen ejercicio muy fuertes, porque vivo en Estados Unidos Aquí la gente ya no puede caminar porque están cansados y enfermos . Es por falta de ejercicio y la mala alimentación. Te imaginas caminar por calles planas y cansarse en 5 min de caminata . Estas personas suben cerros y montañas como si fueran calles planas . Los incas eran personas muy Fuertes por lo que veo 😊. Aquí todos van en auto aún que la tiendas están muy cerca de su casa . Esto es verdad . Yo vivo aquí y lo veo todos los días hasta yo mismo , me voy en auto y la tienda supermercado está menos de 100 metros de mi casa 😊
