It sounds great, but I would like to EAR how does a THR 30 sound like plugged in it. The THR 30 is not loud enough to play in a band, so I have to plug mine into a PA. I just want to ear how the STAGEPAS 200 can handle ELECTRIC GUITAR sounds
The 1k has 'something' missing in the midrange. It sounds nice and the bass is bangin'. But the midrange leaves room for more. Pushed hard with a mixer in front vocals can get distorted if the gain staging isn't done right.
hi yamaha people. what type of cable should i use to connect both speakers in link 2 SPEAKERS mode? xlr to jack? or jack-jack? mono? or stereo? thank you
Is no one discussing the battery issue? There seems to be no way to precent battery drainage other than, plugging it in??? No on of switch for a simple battery disengagement? Yamaha, come on!

I like this better than the JBL Compact or Bose S1, it's so much easier to see what your settings are with the knob-switches.

Compare it to the Bose S1 please. I already prefer the S1 because it is much lighter.. but interested to know difference in frequency response,,
BOSE S1 is perfect, but it’s louder and gives you much more control
