@@armandonunez9005 I disagree, not nailing joist hangers is a significant oversight. That's probably a million dollar build, there are no excuses for that kind of work.
Seen so many costly missed issues with homes even existing after inspectors gave green light. On average during pandemic buying/building I saw 20k in repairs, who regulates this!?
Well done Brian
Excellent inspection. It’s incredible how terrible the errors on this build were. Thank you for the video.

Wow! I woulda caught maybe half of those. You are definitely worth hiring. Great knowledge

Excellent video. I have that exact problem at 2:30 with the roof to dormer transition. There is no flashing and we are having trouble with leaking.
One of our more common finds during inspection. Thank you for sharing.
Uk here, regarding dormer; seems very strange to build stone wall off timber at all, triple trimmed or not?
I agree with you but it is allowed in our International Residential Codes.
Great finds! Those masonry, framing and electrical tradesmen don't seem to be on top of their trades.
Actually it looks like the Framer is the only one on his game. Minor correction on his work

A lot of low-wage tradesmen coming in from outside the country without the same standards and traditions.
Thank you for contributing.

Agreed
try to hide bad work by covering it up before they can get inspected pisses me off
Sad. Unfortunately can probably be seen with >90% of new builds. Little pride in new building construction…
You hit it right on the nose with that comment.
