If the cap was s10 at the time, not necessarily, it could still be possible! But even if you don’t decide to try to get it back stop by a stream and say hi! I’m planning to do them more frequently
hi there i'm not too familiar with how the support ticketing thing works. a couple of hours after this video was uploaded, I think I submitted a ticket to X-Legend for re-sending me an Aeria Games-AK transfer token and a different ticket under the "Lost Character" category to try and at least get my main character back. Am I supposed to be waiting for an email from them if they (hopefully) manage to find my token or lost main character?
I'll never understand why a server merge means they delete accounts. they deleted mine back in 2016 or so, never played again. there's no point in me writing this, but the same is true for every player who gets their account deleted today.
I'm sorry to hear that you lost your account back then... IIRC the previous account clearing was done for the server virtualisation update. We knew that eventually they would stop recovering accounts for players, and as more time passes it would be harder and harder for people to even find enough info to prove what account was theirs. My only complaint is that we only had 5 business days to get the word out, not a lot of time to file those tickets. I don't have any insight as to the back end, but perhaps in merging the servers they will have to overwrite data that will make it more challenging for them to manually link up people with their accounts- because as it stands, thats the only way people were able to get the recovery tickets processed.
Yeah, the EN/US server is doing pretty good considering its age. The merge is going to be a big benefit for the other language servers that weren't doing as hot

I used to play back on Phoenix and Olympus later on but I didn't bother transfering my account after the relaunch of the game from XL so I don't really wanna bother trying retrieving a deleted account if the player count is as low as it used to be last time I played
@@sikusher Well, unfortunately recovering your account is not going to be possible anymore. That being said, post merge, population has been excellent.

I never got a transfer token and a ticket didn't help me in time ;A; ah well. Maybe a fresh start is what I need! (my paid eidolons though.../cries)

no email- keep checking back on the ticket system. Their reply only comes through there.
