    I'm on my 4th days doing this and it takes all of my mental energy to finish this😅.. it's makes me feel a lot of strain in tummy. To anyone who wants to start I'll tell u be kind to yourself, take your time, there's no need to match that ripped man's energy and timing! You get this🙌

    I thought I could never do it, when I saw it for the first time. But yessssss boss, I atleast could complete it, barring the last one. It was my first day couldn't do this with perfection but I'm sure when I do it daily I would do this entire session more accurately. Hats off to the entire team for making these videos. Thankx a ton

    Очень хорошие упражнения для мышц живота и таза и бедер но к сожалению от отвисшего живота они Вас не избавят а избавит вас только волшебный скотч который необходимо каждый раз клеить на рот перед едой.😁

      Как разогрев перед силовым комплексом-в самый раз. Постоянная проблема-судороги мышц живота, при исполнении этого комплекса-не проблема.

    Thank you for this. Will definitely be a great addition to my routine. The ab machines at the gym suck, imo. Plus, I am not trying to build my abs or make them big. Just want a flatter, more toned mid section. Thanks again.

      @@AcousticOlli Thank you for your opinion ... BUT I am back on a KOSHER Carnivore diet...and we certainly do not count calories...but CARBS.
      Unfortunately, the belly fat/pooch resulted from a partial hysterectomy I had 4 years ago for big fibroids. Not long after the surgery, my lower belly developed "puffy" fat which did not respond to a Keto Diet for 2 years...I moved on to Carnivore for 5 weeks, then 9 days of prayer & fasting...NO significant results. I was very sedentary at my work too...
      So, after trying every modality & prayers to heal the pain in my hips from a fall a few years ago....I had had enough!! I got on my dumbbells and an Ironman program of Steve & Becky Holman...and after 4 sessions...I could walk again PAIN-FREE!!!!
      So YES, some Workouts actually work fast.

    At 254 pounds and at the start of my weight loss journey after having 3 kids this mess is hard af so I know if I stick to this nightly I will get the results I want. Thank you for making this especially for it being straight to it and no talking.

    Alguns exercícios trazem prejuízo pra coluna, pois esta tem q ser elevada no momento da execução, outros exercícios são bem benefícios pra saúde, eu msm já tive lesão por isso e sofri de desequilíbrio muscular por posturas equivocadas em treino, só agora fui liberado pra treinar de nv!

    Without dieting of some sort/losing weight, these exercises will only tighten up the muscles shown. These will do very little for an excess of belly hangover.

    Remember, this will not spot reduce fat. You need to be in a calorie deficit to actually lose fat. This just tones and strengthens your abdominal muscles.

    Это упражнения на укрепление мышц пресса, а не от обвисшего живота😊 качание пресса не гарантирует убрать пузо. У вас могут быть и кубики на пузе.

    Lo más probable es que la persona que tenga acumulada esa grasa abdominal que aparece en el inicio del vídeo, no pueda hacer esos ejercicios de manera correcta y termine abandonando el entrenamiento sin ninguna esperanza.

    Только если при выполнении некоторых из этих упражнений держать поясницу прижатой к полу, это важно! Так как живот свисает из-за слабой поперечной мышцы живота. А вообще упражнения только на прямые и косые мышцы живота в этом видео.... Сам так качал и толку ноль живот все равно выпячивает....

      I'd probably do it every other day or so until your muscles become acclimated and then increase the intervals to everyday

    While exercise is good for health and weight loss there is no evidence that we can target exercise to burn off fat in one area. The bdy burns fat where it is best, not where you want it.
