I thought I could never do it, when I saw it for the first time. But yessssss boss, I atleast could complete it, barring the last one. Unfortunately, the belly fat/pooch resulted from a partial hysterectomy I had 4 years ago for big fibroids. Not long after the surgery, my lower belly developed "puffy" fat which did not respond to a Keto Diet for 2 years...I moved on to Carnivore for 5 weeks, then 9 days of prayer & fasting...NO significant results. I was very sedentary at my work too... So, after trying every modality & prayers to heal the pain in my hips from a fall a few years ago....I had had enough!! I got on my dumbbells and an Ironman program of Steve & Becky Holman...and after 4 sessions...I could walk again PAIN-FREE!!!! So YES, some Workouts actually work fast. Barukh HaShem YeHoVAH, B'Shem Yeshua HaMashiach!!!

While exercise is good for health and weight loss there is no evidence that we can target exercise to burn off fat in one area. The bdy burns fat where it is best, not where you want it.

I'd probably do it every other day or so until your muscles become acclimated and then increase the intervals to everyday
