Thank you for your video. Which is better single strength or double strength fish oil capsule? I have been taking Zingovita Single Strength fish oil capsule for the last one month and it has really reduced my dry eyes symptoms. Can I go for double strength capsules as I do not have any medical history?.

Shall appreciate if you clarify that when Nveda omega 3 caps should be taken i.e.pre or post break fast, pre / post dinner ? For a 70+ male what are dosage you would recommend- 1od or 1bd. also pl note that am prediabetic, not taking any medicine but managing it through Yog & diet control.

Hi Sir, please help me out by replying my question, does it help in anxiety and sleeping issue also? From 2 months I'm having some anxiety issue. Mainly in night time, when I go to bed and close my eyes to sleep, my heart palpitations get high and I feel uncomfortable in sleeping. Will it help me in decreasing my anxiety and sleeping issue? And jaankari milti hai...jo hame apanani chaiye....sir mujhe uric acid hai but main medicine Nahi khata bas work out krke aur khane pine me control krta Hoon Kya mujhe omega 3 Lena chaiye ya Nahi.....and sir Meri wife ka blood pressure low hai..unhe use krna thik rahega.

Sir can we have fish oil tablets during pregnancy n Brest feeding?
i am facing pain at left side of chest and under the chest down also, the pain comes in sudden and stays for few seconds and also feel pain while breathing at the time. i use to take masala food items and also beer once or twice in a month. i have gas and acidity issue since 2011 so for that i am taking PenTab-D or Pantosec-D and then only i feel good for max one week from acidity issues. These are my food habits and medicinal for acidity. From one month onwards i face pain on left side of chest and under the left chest. I have planned to take Omega 3 fish oil capsules from next week and i am going to purchase nveda. I would request you please suggest me what do i do and changes or any medicines or anything else.
