Joe's right: change anything you want and the results are seemingly always the same. Go back a dozen years to 2012 and other than 2015 when they were proficient offensively but still punched us in the stomach with that final week loss at Buffalo and Rex they've been absolutely brutal. They're an average of 28th in the league in both points and yards over those 11 years. Luckily the league doesn't want offense because the Jets would really be in trouble.

Thank you for saying very succinctly the crux of the problem: the Jets have mismanaged the QB situation. And they have been doing so for years. It is so frustrating to watch other teams draft CJ Stroud, Joe Burrow, Brock Purdy, Jalen Hurts, etc. while the Jets draft Geno Smith, Sam Darnold & Zach Wilson. All three were sold as NFL ready when they were not. The Jets were forced to move on from Geno and Sam and will likely be moving on from Zach Wilson shortly, possibly even after this season.
