I am good with concepts and logic so I only practiced the problems which caused me difficulty from books by Arun Sharma (LR and Quant mostly). Rest, i knew that 45-50% marks are all i needed to get a shortlist from top B schools which i managed. My advice would be to be honest to yourself and figure out your strength and weaknesses. That makes the process very streamlined. Worked for me.

Hii.. to the person who is reading my comment.. i have not cracked the best college but yes i am going in kj somaiya…I would like to share that if you have started preparing now please don’t panic be cool and calm and start believing in yourself you are best wherever you are now. Last year in February i don’t even know that i will be giving cat 2022 but in march i have started preparing and i got 83% tile.. and in nmat 232 marks .. it’s not easy but also it’s not that much difficult as what everyone says.. And yes the channel of shweta provide a right path to achieve your goals.. thank you..

Started preparing for CAT after watching her video in July of last year. Used free resources shared by her. She is an absolute boss. I couldn't have done it without her. You've posted a video around 8 months back of a case wherein a girl managed to crack CAT in just three months of preparation (with caution, the girl was smart 😁). You've also mentioned that she made a bundle of notes consisting the different types of questions from various chapters. By any chance do you have access to those notes and if yes could please share those notes. Also, your video regarding different coaching institutions (survey that you conducted and shared the pdf) was just Wow ❤, really meaningful in making an informed decision.

Hello shweta di. I'm a 2nd year student of bcom hns. During my 3rd sem i find out that i want to mba, also i joined a coaching institute for the same. It's been 2 months that I've joined that coaching and now I'm feeling like i did the biggest mistake by joining an offline coaching because it tooks 1 hr. To go to that coaching. I'm stuck. What should i do now. I've also paid the full course fees. I'm feeling like I've made a wrong decision. Pls help me out. I think online coaching will be more efficient and effective for me but I've wasted my money on offline institute. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of talking to them that give my money. But i think that they will not give me my money bcz it's been 2 months that I've joined that coaching.

Hi shweta, Firstly congratulations on 400k subs. Secondly we all love your content and what you are doing for the mba aspirants community keep grinding and growing. I have personally benefited so much from your formula books and golden books pdf's thank you so much. Thirdly and most importantly, please please please make a detailed video on how to tackle the tita questions, i personally have so many doubts regarding tita, are they generally easy or much more time consuming? How did you handle them? What's the strategy to attempt them especially in the Quant section? should we make blind guesses or not? do they affect your scaled score if you answer them all? What are some best sources to practice tita questions if you are self preparing like me? Waiting for the reply.
Thank you so much 🙌😊 I used to attempt TITA questions for sure - they don't impact your scaled score. The only exception was Para Jumbles which took a lot of time, so I kept them towards end. Rest, attempted all.

My doubt regarding IIM is that "is it worth 25-30L" because i need to take educational loan for it ,so it worth to clear off loan by working for 2-3 years??
After 2-3 years of working to repay the loan, you get 30-40 years of high pay and a managerial/CXO position in the long run, that's why most people are okay with the loan initially.
As someone who has worked in recruitment, no matter how impressive your CV is, if your communication is not sophisticated and fluent, you will not get the job. Even if you do get the job, it will hold you back later in life. As a recruiter, we rank you out of 10 on communication, which includes fluency of english, vocabulary and ease of speaking in English along with decent pronunciation. If nothing, improving your communication in English is one of the biggest reasons why it becomes impossible to sell your CV to a client. In other words, companies like Dabur, Nestle etc would rather hire someone with worse grades and less impressive backgrounds if they have excellent communication skills. Professionalism, communication and fluency is the basic thing that you will always need.

How do you make balance between these two things ?
I used to attend coaching on weekdays from 3-5pm and spent time before dinner from 6-8 studying for the CAT exam. My majority prep happened over weekends.
Joining MICA, my dream school.. your videos had been a constant source of motivation during my prep even after I flunked cat I managed to make up for it in XAT and MICAT.. Thankyou for all the guidance

You've posted a video around 8 months back of a case wherein a girl managed to crack CAT in just three months of preparation (with caution, the girl was smart 😁). You've also mentioned that she made a bundle of notes consisting the different types of questions from various chapters. By any chance do you have access to those notes and if yes could please share those notes.
Also, your video regarding different coaching institutions (survey that you conducted and shared the pdf) was just Wow ❤, really meaningful in making an informed decision.

Hello shweta di. I'm a 2nd year student of bcom hns. During my 3rd sem i find out that i want to mba, also i joined a coaching institute for the same. It's been 2 months that I've joined that coaching and now I'm feeling like i did the biggest mistake by joining an offline coaching because it tooks 1 hr. To go to that coaching. I'm stuck. What should i do now. I've also paid the full course fees. I'm feeling like I've made a wrong decision. Pls help me out. I think online coaching will be more efficient and effective for me but I've wasted my money on offline institute. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of talking to them that give my money. But i think that they will not give me my money bcz it's been 2 months that I've joined that coaching.
I am a 1st year BBA graduate at Christ University and I really want to get into an IIM and I can do anything for it...!!!!!!! So the unique skill that you were talking about, I am thinking of learning video editing for that purpose will that be ok?

Thirdly and most importantly, please please please make a detailed video on how to tackle the tita questions, i personally have so many doubts regarding tita, are they generally easy or much more time consuming? How did you handle them? What's the strategy to attempt them especially in the Quant section? should we make blind guesses or not? do they affect your scaled score if you answer them all? What are some best sources to practice tita questions if you are self preparing like me?

I used to attempt TITA questions for sure - they don't impact your scaled score.
The only exception was Para Jumbles which took a lot of time, so I kept them towards end. Rest, attempted all.

It's quite high if you have decent work-ex. Otherwise aim for 99+
That's for general. 98 is good enough if you belong to any reserved category.
Di..... I am preparing for CAT this year and I will try to get 99 percentile.. but my 10 and 12 is not Good 68% , 56% because I was suffering from so many health issues for last 7 years but now I am fine ... Grad score is 78% ...
I know BLACKI is not possible but can I get any top b school whether it's iim or not ...... Plz answer it if it's possible for uhh.. My brother always demotivates me

Can you please make a video after converting IIM Admission in any iim what is the time period iim give to pay their First installment or for the important fees to get the admission and if any case A student who firstly pay their admission fees after some circumstances they cancel their admission in that particular iim and take admission to other iim or any other B-school then the fees was recoverable or not . My doubt regarding IIM is that "is it worth 25-30L" because i need to take educational loan for it ,so it worth to clear off loan by working for 2-3 years??
After 2-3 years of working to repay the loan, you get 30-40 years of high pay and a managerial/CXO position in the long run, that's why most people are okay with the loan initially.

As someone who has worked in recruitment, no matter how impressive your CV is, if your communication is not sophisticated and fluent, you will not get the job. Even if you do get the job, it will hold you back later in life. As a recruiter, we rank you out of 10 on communication, which includes fluency of english, vocabulary and ease of speaking in English along with decent pronunciation. If nothing, improving your communication in English is one of the biggest reasons why it becomes impossible to sell your CV to a client. In other words, companies like Dabur, Nestle etc would rather hire someone with worse grades and less impressive backgrounds if they have excellent communication skills. Professionalism, communication and fluency is the basic thing that you will always need.
