Nice 91. I'm going to mod my 91 Accord LX Auto Sport Shift with a complete motor rebuild, race kit, turbo (possibly twin turbo) w intercooler, complete body kit but still try to keep it looking as stock as possible. Looking to eventually get 600+ HP. Won't be cheap. Had it since 2007, drove it until 2015, put it up to wait for the build. I'm going to start a channel to show the build and the body work, in about 3 months. I'm enjoying watching everything I can about 91 Accords, it's amazing how popular of a car that it it. Some local thugs broke into it at least 5 times to steal brand new batteries so I'm storing it inside the walls at my new house now, just outside town. Enjoying this video. God bless.
A friend of mine bought it off his mother in law back in 17, he drove it for a year then the tcu went out. He sold it to me and I fixed the tcu, that's all I fixed its completely stock.
The CB7 Honda Accord (1990 - 1993) are wonderful cars with exceptional visibility in all directions, excellent gas mileage, plenty of interior space and a large trunk. The car has a very comfortable but sporty feel, with good speed, an unnoticeable roll on to a unexpectedly high top speed. The steering feel is one of the best I've felt in a Japanese car, and the ride quality is very comfortable with good overall feedback. If the vehicle is maintained well, and OEM parts are used this car can easily run into the 300,000 mile mark.
I love these. So clean. Everything is based on horizontal lines. My fav is the ones with the spoiler that had the light-strip in it. Honda interiors from this era were great too.
I bought an Accord Coupe new back in 1990. It was lowered on ST springs and had Stromung exhaust. I had Rockford Fosgate subs, CD changer and Pull out radio lol. I loved that car.
Our family keeps a 1991 accord ex sedan as a spare car because it's clean as hell and gives us less issues than any of our new cars. It's got 134k but it's an automatic.
Automotive Anatomy Definitely! That car got me into Hondas for sure. I drove it for a little while in HS from like 100k-120k. My project car right now is a 1995 EJ1 with an LS swap.
