Loved your mom 👩 . What a blessing to see a mother like her who always prepares and cooks for the families 🥘 🍱 🍜🏠 I hardly see my mom doing that in the kitchen. So cherish your mom, Andrie . 💕 Your mom always willing to learn and explore new things . Same thing with your sister Liza. ❤️🎆🎆🎆🎊🍾🍷.
Enjoy Samal Island, I’m new to your channel but I’m your fan now. I’m born and raised in Mindanao in our bukid but Davao is where I always stay. Good luck and God bless your family ❤️❤️❤️
Yep! I think they are ready to live there full time. They just need to work out some details such as choosing property and generating more sustainable income.
I Love pacit bihon or any kind of pancit🎉 it's my favorite. Dec 27 .. you are already 3 months living in the Philippines. Enjoy every moment, time passes so fast. God bless. Merry Christmas ❤
Thank you wonderful family... Hope you enjoyed ur Christmas season here in the Philippines esp over der in Samal Island... Hope you'll have an exciting New Year too.. God bless ur stay in the Philippines🇵🇭 🌹🌹🌹
Try adding Shrimps next time. Peel the shrimps, save the shells. On a separate bowl pour hot water over the shells, let it steep 10-15 minutes to extract the shrimp flavor. Use strainer to remove the shells and use the shrimp broth to bihon. When cooking the shrimps, don’t overcook as it only takes 2-3 minutes as soon as the color changes to orange. The chicken breast meat should be sliced thinner. Bon appetite. On a separate note, when cooking shrimps by itself you don’t need a big pot of water. Let say one kilo, bring 1-2 cups of water to a simmer then add salt, add shrimps. Stir and allow the water to gently boil again … stir the shrimps 3-5 minutes until the color turns orange and immediately remove from heat. Shrimps are ready to eat, properly cooked shrimps should be firm easy to peel. Overcooked shrimps are rubbery and tough. Alternatively, pour less water to one cup. Cook the shrimps 3 minutes then add half stick of butter as finishing until melted… stir and cook additional 2 minutes. Then immediately remove from heat, ready to eat. The shrimps should be firm, easy to peel and not rubbery ….Bon appetite.

Don’t think they are abandoned, simply can not get enough food in their homes, no owners leader of the pack interaction care leading to seeking other dogs in the neighborhood to play or hunt for more food. Eventually comes home.
I missed eating the guyabano ( soursup) in PI when we we're young. Enjoy eating all those tropical fruits you can find in samal while you are still thete. Here in the US ( california) the price is like a goldmine.
Wow nice you're tittle again is in Tagalog love it❤❤❤❤ happy new year to everyone!!! Be safe all love watching ur blog and sister Lisa too always ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Dmplings - siopao and siomai are best steamed. Besides I notice Mama Olga doesn't use much oil in frying so she is trying to stay healthy. Eat them with sauce - siomai is simple dip of of soya and kalamansi Enjoy your food adventures!
I feel hungry now and wanting to eat pancit bihon with lumpiang shanghai my favorite ... Merry Christmas Andrei and whole Family. God bless you all with best of health and more prosperity!
Mama Olga's technique in cooking pancit is improving a lot. She no longer boils the vegetables with the pancit so as not to overcook them. Most Filipinos ALWAYS use ajinomoto MSG in any savory dish. You should try it to enhance flavors and tastes
Just in time that they are in the Philippines during the Christmas holiday season, i wish they could have seen, felt and experienced how the Filipinos celebrate Christmas that starts with a simbang gabi, and as early as Dec 16, kids going on caroling, media noche etc, which are not on Russian tradition. These differences of tradition brought about by culture and religion. I also hope they learn how to AUTHENTICALLY cook the Filipino dishes that they liked.
Guys. Look. At the latest blog of Stas Ph, the title is Russian Sauna, there is a comment by Clayton about about Dennis, Valentina and other russian. I am Overwhelm by Stas point of view about that issue, He is so very courageous to stand on what he believes. Im in tears, love Stas More❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Or in another version; boil the chicken ( or pork ) in approximately 1 L water, until tender and then set the broth aside. Shred the chicken ( or cut the pork into strips ) and set aside. Saute garlic and onion until translucent, add the set aside meat and broth. Season to taste by adding soy sauce ( yes, Filipino brand soy sauce like Silver Swan or Marca Pina is preferred but any soy sauce will do ) then add-in the bihon ( I’d like to soften mine in water by adding it to the noodles as soon as I open the package and as soon as it softens, I discard the water mixed in ). Vegetables added last to keep it’s texture and color ( carrots and green beans 1st, then celery, and lastly snap peas and cabbage - that is if you’re not using the pre cut vegetables ). Once all combined you can add chopped green onions or cut a dozen ( more or less ) calamansi in half and green onions and use as condiments. These extra steps add more flavor. Enjoy!😊
Gooday Andrie and your family your mother is the best your so lucky with Liza continue uploading with more new content more subscriber to rich more million views
Macaroni soup with chicken, carrots and potatoes. We add milk to serve. Always start with garlic and onion. Wait until onions are soft before adding the chicken and potatoes and carrots. Add water to cover and simmer on low heat until meat and vegies are tender. I cook the macaroni separately because they absorb the broth too much if you cook them with the chicken, potatoes, carrots. My seasoning is magic sarap and a bit of fish sauce. I add the cooked macaroni in the end. Try this. You will like it.
Ang galing mamalingki ni mama Olga Ang gusto ko aiways smile 😊
Wala talagang inaatrasang pagkain si mama olga lahat gusto nya❤❤❤
