Sir what is difference between tetravalency and tetravalent

Like Carbon is a TETRAVALENT compound
or
Carbon has TETRAVEAENCY

And Tetravalent means the element of valency 4.

Valency do not have charge!!
Ions have charge. And carbon do not contain any charge on it because it neither loses nor gain electron instead it shares electrons.
