    Sam’s Makerel Dip:
    Marinated the fish in creole seasoning, lemon juice, minced garlic, lime juice
    Cooked in the pan with butter (or smoked), let cool
    Break up fish and cover bottom of the dish
    Add dill pickle juice & lime
    1 block of cream cheese
    Diced onion
    Diced red onion
    Diced green onion
    Diced rotel tomatoes
    Creole seasoning
    Black pepper
    Mix all up & let it cool in the fridge
    I eat it on crackers with some old bay hot sauce
