your big mate to the left of you could do with some white tape on the end of his rod, easier to see in the dark, been on that beach digging bait but never fished the flat sand
Interesting venue Pete. I used to fish at Snettisham which was good at times. Once saw a big thorn back caught there. Hope things improve for you soon.
Recently found the channel and watched every video, I fish the same areas and some others , great vids I’ve subscribed and am looking forward to watching more of your stuff. I have my own channel too where I fish sea fishing and fresh water as well as do beach walks ect 👍
Short snoods are fine for whiting etc. I rarely use less than 12" even on flappers. Bass traces (single hook) around 18". Years ago when I fished for cod I used a Long paternoster - up to 3ft single snoods. However these didn't work at Dungeness!
Brilliant and informative video! I never thought about fishing heacham but I suppose if the worm are there it's an ideal feeding ground.
Hi pete you ok fella, enjoyed the vid again cheers. Good luck on the next round. All the best from GRIMSBY.

So do I. I don't mind at the moment as I'm learning new venues . If I blank on the shingle ,then I'm in trouble !
Cheers for your support by the way 👍
@@pondpetefishing9976 No worries, it's coming across really well.

I did it to try and make the prospect of getting an eel off a bit easier . I won’t bother next time . Thanks for watching 👍
On that tide (big) weed was always going to be an issue. I was getting eaten alive by something so had an early bath lol
