Meaning of name. Jezebel is the Anglicized transliteration of the Hebrew אִיזֶבֶל ʾĪzeḇel. The Oxford Guide to People & Places of the Bible states that the name is "best understood as meaning 'Where is the Prince? Do you ever think Jezebel who was a daughter of Baal's priest was hoping for a better life with meaning and a loving God but her hopes were dashed because when she married a Hebrew King and he wanted her god, she became bitter and angry at Ahab's God. When our expectations of God are viewed through hypocrites we grow bitter towards a God we never personally got to know. Just a thought....
Did you know that the Anishinaabe Ojibwe word for the Sun, is Giiziis, (pronounced gheezees), and in a hunter-gatherer society more than likely the average person had a issue with teeth missing. What is called the seven fires prophecy provides a lot of real reference and equality to a very violent revelation. And although they say that in the beginning God was word and word was God is in John, so that it is the communication any reciprocation from one to another even in the symbology, but why would the number 70 in the Greek language be also the one symbol left out of alpha Omega? And that symbol be named Omicron? And I know I personal relationship with your higher power is unique, but in translation how did "Isa" which is the very sound of the Hebrew people for which Jesus was later derived in translation, ever considered as implied or incorrect or if you did not speak the sound the very sound of my name I wouldn't know who you were talking to, although that which is greater than us being so close as it truly is how long would it wait or do you think that it was a perfect timing to speak back to you? And if a church is designed for sinners / sin, and to contain it, do you understand what the seven churches of Asia are? And what their true meaning is? Or what do the seven stars in the hand mean to you?
