The fact that in the end interview he's complaining about physicality while looking at Jake, but Jimmy (with Luke most likely) seemed to be the most OTT physical player and was constantly running into the Story. I mean Jimmy was literally blaming Luke, and telling him so, when Lou fell over - despite Luke not touching Lou and the fall being due to Lou running too quickly..... Great match though from both sides, let's go Story! Last blitzball there were a lotttt of jokes that didn't really seem like jokes about not wanting to make Jimmy mad or being on his radar. It didn't seem.... Great
Jommy talking strategy interspersed with The Story singing a song really set the stage for the kind of game it was gonna be. Jommy micromanaging to try to get the most out of a less talented roster, while Jake has his team relaxed and just relies on the skill of his players. Great job by whoever put that pregame together. Great job all around actually. Rob is the Energizer bunny out there, and Luke is the Lemieux of floorball.
Jimmy's strategy to hold Lou back was super selfish and completely wrong, being down in the third period. That time to start pressure low in the offensive zone with your shooter playing high slot. Then the last man on the blue line as defense.
To be fair did you see Dalt's stick handling? He's barely played this game, relying on just him to defend against Luke, Ryan and Rob would have just allowed even more goals.
@@GooglyEyedJoeyou can absolutely have lou play as a 2 way forward. lou is very good on offense, so if jimmy wanted a second defender, he couldve played at ovi and gretzky's offices and had lou play in the slot and point
It looks like jimmy has got them trying the 1-3-1 trap defense but since its 3v3 its just 1-2-0 and doesn't work I think its really important to look at what happens in 3v3 hockey which is pure have possession as long as you can until you can find the perfect shot and jimmy is just letting them have possession and is taking a shot as soon as they can as if the net was empty
There's *way* more space in 3v3 hockey and the players are capable of making passes to each other. Lou and Dalton are athletes but they aren't hockey players. Dalton doesn't even seem to know which handed he is. He can't run a possession game because he's the only guy capable of making a play. You guys are ridiculous.
Not completely disagreeing, but do think it’ll be a lot more effective against the other two teams. Jake assembled a really strong team in athleticism. Luke obviously the most polished, but everyone could look way improved by the end and the stamina of Story is tough.
Jimmy is super-competitive but alas lacks the required skill to back it up. Then when it goes wrong, he's quick to blame others. I know he probably beats himself up over it too. Lucky his breakdowns and everything else he does is pure magic

Jimmy blaming Lou for not tracking back while he attempted a lazy poke check and then gave up on the play? Insane. You need a goal, Lou is getting in front of net, that’s exactly what he should be doing.
I do not understand why Jimmy doesn't use a player like lou that wants to run and pressure everything him being on D is such a waste and having dalton man makes no sense at all. I think Jimmy should stand the furthest back and be a control tower off sort let Lou and Dalton run amok they got the stamina
Dalton doesn't seem to have the hand-stick-eye coordination required to be an attacking threat. Jimmy needs another attacker up there to bury those chances.
I think story will win it all because Jack even admitted they don't really know how to position themselves against a real team. That being said I think the rippers have more stamina than the breakdowns and both Zoe and Jack can shoot...so it should be a decent game.
Man, Jimmy played so selfish in this game and drove me nuts watching. You have Dalton and Lou on your team and you hold them back to be the lone attacker. Not gonna work man.
If you think they didn't try. Watch again. They were really bad at it. He knew his team was gonna struggle. If I had one complaint about the game, it's that Shelfy didn't get enough love. He fuckin' killed it. Despite the score.
@@Mikeytheb Did you not watch Dalton completely whiff on an easy goal that Jimmy set him up for? Dalton needs to be in the goal going forward. Shelfy at least has some experience with the stick so that should help in future games.
27:47 wanted to comment on Jimmy's sportsmanship during this faceoff. Innocent play that had a player fall, ending up with a whistle causing a face-off. Green would of had possession after the fall if it wasn't into the boards, so the fact that he didn't move during the face-off allowing green to get possession back was nice to see.
Jimmy giving the business to Lou about not being back was just sad. Lou was ahead of everyone the entire play before that, parked in front of the net screening and waiting for a rebound. Is he just supposed to disengage because Jimmy wants to Bobby Orr?
Jimmy really looks bad this game, specifically for me the line about “I can’t play both zones”. With the exception of goalies, everyone is playing both zones and even though the talent gap is noticeable, he needs to take more accountability for his team. Hopefully since these are already recorded he looks better optically for the rest of the tourney
The Story are going to eat the Goodfellas. The beginning edit was fantastic. The Story is relaxed and enjoying themselves vs the Breakdowns who looked miserable. I usually root for the Breakdowns but Jimmy needs to lighten up a bit here.
While I don’t agree with jimmy’s strategy of only having one attacker (and him being said attacker lol), it was kinda wild how in the third they had a discussion of that strategy and all agreed to it during the time out, and Lou just completely abandoned it IMMEDIATELY after the timeout lol.
Notes from the game Luke is good Cohen with a certified banger of a goal Jimmy needs a another offensive teammate, maybe Shelfy has better stick skills than dalton on offense? Lou is a solid player for someone who has never played hockey before, i was impressed by his stick handling and the effort is always there
Its unfortunate that Jimmy drafted two guys who have no hockey experience. I think he'll have a better time with Shelfy on D rather than goalie to try to mitigate some odd-man rushes against. Story just played a complete game. Cardio is massive in this one, and Rob is looking like he's about to have his MVP moment.
With Dalton on goal and Shelfy to help Jimmy out offensively, I think the Breakdowns can maybe win the inevitable rematch. But shouldering all the offense is not good for Jimmy, his stamina is not the greatest and it makes the team fairly predictable.
I love the warehouse games and most things Jimmy has done or created, but man if I was participating I would be hoping I was not on his team just because he has such a negative attitude. Also, people who are new at a sport need to be given time to feel out the sport before given some complicated strategy.

“You gotta watch Moana” is the truest thing ever said
Best Disney OST hands down.
I think everybody on here thinks Jimmys plan is ass. Dude needs to stop thinking he’s the best player on the floor for everything. He’s the boss so they’re nice to him but he would be a very bottom pick
"he would be a very bottom pick"
He would be quite literally the #2 overall pick if the captains were on the draft board. This is silly.
@@cwolf208 if you say so. So many likes about him being bad. I guess you’re right.
@@geeyodude He's absolutely the second best player in the league. The gap between him and Zo isn't huge but it's definitely a gap. People are annoyed with his strategy.
saw these guys on the TV at my local pool hall through a random TV station. Thought it was really cool and very well deserved. So much entertainment value from JomBoy Media. Keep up the awesome entertainment yall!
Jimmy looked bad in this episode.
Leave it to jimmy to cook up the worst strategy known to man then blame everyone else
He's a chronic over thinker and over strategizer. Same with blitzball and the silly slow pitch thing he tried. They never actually pay off
Jimmy blaming Lou for not tracking back while he attempted a lazy poke check and then gave up on the play? Insane. You need a goal, Lou is getting in front of net, that’s exactly what he should be doing.
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say Rob Scirocco has kids lol
Nevermind. Should’ve waited 30 seconds to find out that he does in fact have kids lol
I do not understand why Jimmy doesn't use a player like lou that wants to run and pressure everything him being on D is such a waste and having dalton man makes no sense at all.
I think Jimmy should stand the furthest back and be a control tower off sort let Lou and Dalton run amok they got the stamina
dalton is a lefty u can tell my the way he controls the ball better. jimmy also needs to show dalton that hockey isnt about man its about space
Floorball might be my favorite warehouse sport even though I love baseball/blitzball. I can’t wait for Warehouse Cup Floorball
The refusal to pass the ball around is astounding 😂
Agreed, since they're not all sure-handed with the stick it can be risky, but moving it at least a bit could help loads
Ryans goal was the true turning point in this game
Dalton doesn't seem to have the hand-stick-eye coordination required to be an attacking threat. Jimmy needs another attacker up there to bury those chances.
Yep. If Shelfy is a hockey player, he'll probably make a huge difference.
I need Jolly relegated just so we don't have to hear him on commentary anymore! Jack is so funny and same as Jake and Jimmy
I hope Jimmy reviews the tape and sees he was the reason that breakaway happened at the end. Rough moment
He was in the live chat last night, he said they hadn't sorted out a strategy during this game so maybe the next ones will be different.
Story vs Rippers is going to either be a massive blowout for the Story or a shootout for the ages. Both teams shoot like there’s no tomorrow
Blowout for the Story. Only reason the Rippers got so many shots off is because the Goodfellas just couldn't play with them.
I think story will win it all because Jack even admitted they don't really know how to position themselves against a real team. That being said I think the rippers have more stamina than the breakdowns and both Zoe and Jack can shoot...so it should be a decent game.
The story will not play a close game this tournament. They are leaps better than everyone else because Luke is leaps better than everyone else.
@@cwolf208 Yeah and with Rob S in support and Cohen able to dog any offensive threat other teams might have, they should cruise.
Man, Jimmy played so selfish in this game and drove me nuts watching. You have Dalton and Lou on your team and you hold them back to be the lone attacker. Not gonna work man.
Do you think Dalton and Lou are good attackers? Hockey/floorball is a completely different animal from the rest of these sports.
@@cwolf208 won’t know unless it’s tried. Dalton is usually really good at everything they play so give it a shot
@@cwolf208 either way one person up front and everyone else sitting back won’t work
If you think they didn't try.
The classic hockey powerhouse, Norway
Damn Jolly started to lock in as a play-by-play. Dude was lighting it up at one point
No idea how it’s going to end, but the shot of Lou laughing falling into the boards is great. A bunch of friends playing for bragging rights. Love it
The Breakdowns just "dump and chase" but forget to chase. I don't understand.
Underrated effort by Rob being an absolute bulldog. Winning pucks, net front presence offensive and defensive, good passing
why does jimmy think he can do it all? hes on a team for a reason
Fun Fact: Rob Scirocco played the little bother Kevin in the 2007 film “Hot Rod”
I don’t really understand Doyle not understanding why there’s always an open man. Jimmy flat out said he’s not really helping on defense 😅
Love to see Lorenzo O’Brien joining the commercials 😂😂😂
The Story are going to eat the Goodfellas.
The beginning edit was fantastic. The Story is relaxed and enjoying themselves vs the Breakdowns who looked miserable.
I usually root for the Breakdowns but Jimmy needs to lighten up a bit here.
Dalton has consistently been the best athlete in the warehouse. But he looks completely out of his element in floor ball.
Lil Rob poppin off with the Moana song to pump the boys up was epic. 😂😂
Jimmy thinking he is an nhl caliber hockey player while never passing and constantly yelling at his teammates.
Par for the course
While I don’t agree with jimmy’s strategy of only having one attacker (and him being said attacker lol), it was kinda wild how in the third they had a discussion of that strategy and all agreed to it during the time out, and Lou just completely abandoned it IMMEDIATELY after the timeout lol.
Which is what got Jimmy heated, IMO. He had a strategy after a time out and it was completely ignored by players who had never played before.
Anyone think Jake let that second goal on purpose to try and make Jimmy stop crying?
Doesn't help the optics that Jake wore a Baggage helmet the whole game.
Inject Jimmy getting pissed at his teammates into my VEINS
The Mid rink camera is a little slow going back and forth. The wall being in play helps with the rhythm of the game
Jimmy during the timeout: Lou I need you to stay back. Do not cross that blue line.
Lou: Immediately runs down by the other goalie rofl 😂
Notes from the game
Luke is good
Cohen with a certified banger of a goal
Jimmy needs a another offensive teammate, maybe Shelfy has better stick skills than dalton on offense?
Lou is a solid player for someone who has never played hockey before, i was impressed by his stick handling and the effort is always there
I love how the breakdowns are strategizing while the story is just talking about movies 😭
Rob is the goat teammate for football
How was dalton picked 3 in the draft…
slim pickings between everyone. Not really any athletic ability to be found in this group. I suppose he's more in shape then others so maybe thats why
Jimmy telling Lou to stay back and then the second play starts Lou sprints into the offensive zone and then the story scores 😂😂
18:10 Zo, what a cute smile
Players are allowed to enter the larger crease in floorball not the smaller one though
This was a fun game to watch. Jimmy was getting pissed.
With Dalton on goal and Shelfy to help Jimmy out offensively, I think the Breakdowns can maybe win the inevitable rematch. But shouldering all the offense is not good for Jimmy, his stamina is not the greatest and it makes the team fairly predictable.
Best warmup possible
You guys need to do a BASEketball league!!!

Amazing
Hit the one timer at the point
I love the warehouse games and most things Jimmy has done or created, but man if I was participating I would be hoping I was not on his team just because he has such a negative attitude. Also, people who are new at a sport need to be given time to feel out the sport before given some complicated strategy.
Jimmy trying to 1v4 the best team doesn't seem like a good idea, and Lou is just going to get bored!
28:39 Umm... Jolly that is just called backhand😂
the story look good
