  • Pretty much the most basic electronic circuit you can make!
Tinkercad Circuits is a fantastic free online circuit simulation tool for hobbyists, makers, anybody interested in STEAM projects, electronics students, electrical engineering students, or anybody interested in DIY (Do It Yourself) electronics, Arduino, or the Micro:bit.
Here's a great book on learning basic electronics: amzn.to/3djIUcf
Title: Make: Electronics: Learning Through Discovery 2nd Edition
Get yourself a nice multi-meter on Amazon: amzn.to/2PFzkrS
You can get some very nice meters for $15.00 to $35.00 or so. Basic functions I would look for would be: autoranging, continuity testing (beeper sounds upon short circuits); and a stand.
In my electronics tutorials (mostly for beginners, but if you're more advanced, so much the better!), you can learn basic electronics, experiment, build, and test a huge variety of circuits using solderless breadboards, circuit prototyping, virtual programming, and electrical and mechanical devices.
A short list of electronic components you can learn about include fixed resistors, variable resistors, transistors, capacitors, diodes, NeoPixels, and sensors.
Amazingly, you can even learn how to program the Arduino using Blocks and a text editor! You can learn how to program the Micro:bit using Blocks.
And don't forget all the hardware you can use in your virtual circuits such as push button switches, slide switches, relays, motors, servos, PIR sensors, ultrasonic sensors, mulitimeters (ohm meter, current meter, volt meter), power supply, function generator, and much more!
It's a great way to get started even if you don't own some or any of these components. You can order the parts and be building circuits while you wait for the parts to arrive. And it's perfect for quickly and easily breadboarding circuits and testing Arduino programs before spending hours building and troubleshooting your physical projects, even if you have all the parts on hand.
Check my other videos for more basic and intermediate projects using simulation software, as well as those done in the 'real world'.

Pretty much the most basic electronic circuit you can make! Watch to see how I do it, and hear my comments along the way.

@@fortnitelubtwizy Thanks for the feedback -- I have several up already (just search my channel for Tinkercad), and will work on more!
